I recently took my car to CDE Collision Center in Lansing. My entire experience with this company was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, and the techinician who handled my auto was friendly and professional as well. The wait for my car wasn't long at all, and the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend this business!

Friendly, professional reception. The receptionist called the rental company to let them know I had arrived. The rental company picked me up and I was able to get to work on time. Excellent communication, I was informed of the repairs needed and I enjoyed the speedy turnaround time for completion. My car looks great and CDE even vacuumed my car! I’m so happy with the results.

Employees are very professional, my truck look amazing, the body work was completed in a timely manner. The estimate was fairly accurate, I didn’t have to deal with the insurance, CDE handled everything.

Terrible, they did a good job with the repair of my car, but service definitely needs improvement. Didn’t get my car on the day promised, and got charged extra money when i picked up my car. Tech that worked on my car left my floor Matt’s a mess. Definitely will not ever go back to this place again for the rest of my driving life?
