Beware of this cleaners. I brought an outfit to this cleaners, and I picked it up more dirtier than I dropped it off.I complained and the manager said she would try to clean it again, but when I got it back the second time the outfit had more stains on it. I talked to the manager and she said she would try again ,but she couldn't promise it wouldn't be damaged. By this time I needed the outfit for that day, so I asked for my money back. she said that she put her time in it. The manager said on the back of the receipt it says No Money Back!! I felt like this cleaners was able to take my money without my clothes looking clean. I felt like I was taken advantage of with this policy. With this policy, this cleaners don't even have to wash your clothes properly. They can take your money and say that they cleaned the clothes even if they didn't wash the clothes!! Beware!!! Tell your family and friends!!

Picked up my clothes and noticed that a jacket and matching tank top had been shrunk to half its size. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that Sarah would not be in until 10:00 the next day. I came back the next day with the items and, again, no manager, so I left my name and telephone number. No one called me. I continued to call until I finally talked to a guy who was not the manager but promised to talk to someone and get back to me. As of today, and many calls later, no one has called me. I called this morning got the same girl that always answers, same story except she is not sure when the manager will be in. Until this incident, I had no problem with the quality of their work, but I am disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof. They will have to deal with this eventually because I am not going away. All I want to do is file a claim.
Update: Contacted the manager after seeing her response and she told me to bring the items in the next day at 9:00. Took the items in at 9:15 and was told that the manager was not in yet, but they would have her call me as soon as she got in. I took pics of the items and left them there. No call. Waited a day and called and was told that she was on her way and as soon as she got in they would have her call me. No call. Since no one locally will talk to me, I will be contacting the parent company.

I’ve ask your employee if my jacket would be messed up in the process of cleaning and she said no but when I came to pick it up it was damaged and they told there’s nothing they can do about it .

Took a new dress to have it steamed same day for a wedding. They ruined the entire dress!!! It came back with rust or burn patterns all over the dress. I called and there was nothing they can do. This matter is not over. Totally disgusted with your service and lack of concern. ?
