New owners are aweful....only got half my order. Wife was completely disinterested in helping me...blamed previous owners (who were awesome by the way) for discounting. 1 star is being generous...I was pretty upset at the lack of care. 3rd try found my missing stuff because I saw an item hanging behind other clothes.

Worst experience that I had ever had they don't treat there customers with kindness and respect. Also i have been in this company for 25 years. I took my clothes and they broke the little details that my clothes had and burned it. They do the job in a bad way. Another thing they scam you and its overpriced. Do not go there it's really bad. I found a new place I recommend this place where they treat there customers with love go to this cleaner called Express cleaners. I would even rate this 0 stars Worst place ever

Worst ever ! Took my sweat shirt to get fix. She made it worse. Plus if a mistake was made you would think she would tell you. Not this place, they take the money and ran to the bank. If I could give a negative star ? I would !!

I just recently tried dresses on, hem alterations. Dress is no better than beforeI asked for alterations on a few things.Price near $100. Male owner would not give me a price ahead of time& told me I had to wait for his wife to contact me. Went in to see her, she gave me no pricing and promised to call me with the cost for very small repairs. I asked one garment be taken in as well at the sides, she ignored me basically refusing. I did tell her to go ahead, but assumed she'd call with pricing as promised. She left a message with cost of $100 after fixing garment. She offered only $20 off after I complained about it. Please get pricing up front! I support small business but $33 per simple hem is outrageous.ELGIN FLEA MARKET HEMS $5

I wish I could give them a 10. Every time I walk in they make me feel so welcome. They are fast and do a wonderful job. If I find something that I absolutely love but doesn't fit me right I buy it anyways because I know Maria will alter and make it perfect. I have so many cute summer dresses that fit me perfect because of her.

Very friendly staff but I think it is a bit pricey. One women's button down blouse was $5.25. One small women's 2 piece suit was $11.95 I will search around.

Normally I would have difficulty finding ways to distinguish one cleaners from another, but Lakemoor Cleaners really made it easy for me. I needed to get a bunch of shirts and pants pressed and figured I would go to the closest place to me, and, living in Volo, this was it. I am glad I decided to go here. Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
