First time working with these guys and I had the best experience! Very easy going and so thorough with the walk through. I had all the information I needed. As a first time RV renter, I highly recommend! Made our trip a breeze.

I tried to rent from this location several times but they were too busy with the automotive repair shop. The people were very nice but it got so strange. You call them and their prompts never mention cruise America. They have only one person to talk to, so if he busy then you cannot get your questions answered. My feedback, they are really nice people that will help you, but you will need to follow-up if they are busy when you call or visit... oh, and don't look for Cruise America sign or voicemail, look for the Automotive Repair Shop.

Great service! If you follow their instructions then you get your sec dep back. I got $481 of my $500. RV super easy to hook up. Only used 1.5lbs of propane on 800 mile round trip.

Do yourself a favor and don't from these people. The RV was junk; all kinds of mechanical problems. It wasn't very clean when they gave it to us. Then had the nerve to hold back $350.00 of our security deposit to clean the RV when we returned it. Very rude to deal with as well.

Stole $350. We returned the rv a day early and left it broom clean just as Dominick asked us to. The next day they charged us a 350 cleaning fee and wouldn't return our calls. Keep the money next time I'll leave you something special to complain about. Never again.
