Keylin is phenomenal… I will come back again because of her. The way she talks to customers and make you feel with warm welcome ….is just…. Perfectly splendid…I got Nikon replacement 2 pairs of glasses under warranty, she took care of me very well …she killed me with her kindness and professionalism.

I wanted to to share my excellent experience at Walmart Optical LZ. Cathy was the technician that helped me. I had a difficult issues that she helped me to get it worked out. She was friendly and helpful, but most importantly knowledgeable and very professional.

Lake Zurich location was super clean and super safe in terms of Covid-19. Melanie T. was very helpful. She picked a perfect frame for my glasses, got authorization and negotiated price with my insurance company on the phone. I have received my glasses in few days. Everything is fine. Thank you Melanie for the great service!

Walmart vision lake zurich - About two days ago i complained about the alignment of my glasses, they said they did something but nothing happened, so today i went back Again and spoke to another lady, she understood what i was complaining, i give her 5 star for completely understanding my explanation in less than 5 mins, she was small and cute, she had a beautiful blonde kinky hair that she tied up. I didn't get her name. But im so thankful for her.

It's Walmart. Dont expect the quality or customer service or the price you would get from a place like Pearle Vision. I might use them again.

Dr. Kugel is beyond amazing! She cares about her patients and is very thorough in her exam - so much so that she caught a problem with my youngest son’s eyes that our previous doctor did not. We have gone to her for years and I always tell her that if she ever leaves, we will go with her - while it is convenient and the price for glasses is less expensive than other places, my first priority is the ability and dedication of the doctor. My kids all have chronic medical conditions and I completely entrust her with their care. I also love the fact that every time I walk by the center while shopping at Walmart, the staff always call out and say hi and ask about the family. In today’s world, that is almost unheard of!! Excellent doctor and excellent staff - I HIGHLY recommend!

Great eye doctor and expert team that are all very knowledgeable. My teenage son needed to get contacts and they took so much time and effort to help him learn how to put them in and care for them appropriately. So grateful for the excellent customer service!

Perfect place to get your glasses from without the high prices. I saved so much money today by not buying from my original eye doctor. They wanted almost $300 for their crappy frames. So I took my prescription to Walmart and got a pair of better looking glasses for $130. Then it comes with insurance with no extra charge. I wish I would had came here last year for my glasses. I definitely will be coming back!!!
