Eric the business representative/ Dan the store manger were AWESOME!!! I was in tru store yesterday for about 8 hours trying to switch from Xfinity mobile back to Verizon, what a total disaster, 8 hours worth. NONE Of this was either one of thier faults, it was all Xfinity and how incompetent they are, NEVER go to Xfinity unless you want to be treated like total garbage!!
These guys stuck with the whole process, again 8 hours it took them to get the problem Xfinity created, almost 8 hours of being on the phone with support getting disconnected having to call back multiple times and to get disconnected again finally got everything resolved and transferred back to Verizon 8 hours later. The patience and professionalism these guys had were incredible I had lost my patience with the whole thing 1 hour into all this, again NEITHER ONE THESE GUYS FAULT.
I usually DO NOT leave reviews, but I do own an insurance agency and I know when it’s time to leave one and these guys need to be recognized for all the hard work and hours and hours they spent on this for me in between a very busy day they had this day, again I know i was there for a full work shift pretty much lol.
Shout out again to these guys at the LZ Verizon!!
Thanks guys!! Will be back in soon for a possible upgrade.

I have always had a good experience at this Lake Zurich location.
The reason I am writing this review (my first) today is because Kelsey went above and beyond. Customer service sucks in many places these days. Being in customer service my whole life I needed to shout out that she was the best.

The Verizon store in Lake Zurich is horrible! Stay away! Went in for phone upgrade and was told I had to come in next day because of plan change. Understandable! Went in next day and after waiting my turn about 20 minutes I was told my plan change won't take affect until midnight! Then why tell me to com back next day? They made me appointment for 10am on the next Monday. Went in at exactly 10 am and was told they don't make appointments until 11:00 am. No one in this store knows what they are doing!!!

Zach gets sht DONE! I was having unusual issues transferring service between phones and was only able to get it all resolved at this location, thanks to his tenacity. I don't live that close but am coming here next time I need anything with Verizon.

Be careful, they are happy into scamming you into paying upwards of $70 dollars for a screen protector that would sell for $15 online.
They NEVER mentioned the price of the screen protector, and opened the box themselves to apply it. I then asked the price, then they refused to return the item saying they cannot accept a return because the packaging was open (they opened the box themselves, and the screen protector was still in its protective sleeve).
The whole experience left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Unbelievable for such a big company, they should be ashamed.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable team. Tom worked with us and provided an affordable solution to replace an uninsured, out of warranty phone that was slammed in a car door!

My phone wasn’t working properly. Zach, a Verizon sales associate, knew right away what was wrong with it and fixed it promptly. While I was waiting, Eric and Kelsey gave me some helpful information. I would highly recommend going to the Lake Zurich location if you want a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Had a great experience at this store! Went in to set up a new line and upgrade a phone, which can be a long process, but I have to say the guy that helped us (Scott) was wonderful and patient! Highly recommend!

We had to cancel a line that took 5 minutes to do. Employee needed manager authorization. So basically the manager could have just helped us instead of waiting 45 minutes for a sales rep to help us. The manager stood around not doing anything for the 45 minutes we waited.
