I went to the UPS store to drop something off and Terry, the store manager, so kindly told me that my items were to be returned at the post office. He even went as far as putting my shipping labels on my boxes to make it easier for me! Terry made my day. I hope the UPS store company know what an asset he is to the company!

They make up the pick up fees on the spot, it could be $0 or $5 or more, it just depends if they like you or not.

I went in there yesterday afternoon to ship out golf clubs for my friend and I thru ShipSticks. The employee there, Terry, knows how to provide excellent customer service. He helped me get zip ties on our golf bags, and get everything shipped out on time. Terry should be recognized for his excellent and quality service. Thanks, Terry!!

Very unfriendly staff. Went there to notarize my W2 forms and paystubs was told by the woman in charge of notarizing papers they don’t notarize “random documents “ … not that after 28 years in the same job my papers are random either, but then she said they only notarize contracts. She didn’t even take the time to look at my paperwork. Waste of time.

I went to send a check for work through UPS and I was prepared to have a long complicated visit as that has been my experience with other UPS facilities in the past - I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Terry who was wonderful and a joy to work with, very kind and thoughtful with his explanations and walked me through the process, James came in next finding me ways to save money by talking to me about my situation. Needless to say I was more than impressed by their store and their service level! I will go the extra distance to continue coming to this location and would recommend them to everyone!

ZERO stars for the this location and the owner. Extremely rude, acting like a drill sergeant as soon as customers walk in not even a hello. My complaint is when another customer gave me her box to use instead of me purchasing their $10 box he lost his marbles. Huffing and puffing about how he looses money from Amazon returns if we don’t purchase their boxes etc…first of all I would go get a free box from home never spend $10 on a box. I know I’m not the only one that has had bad service at this location. Nothing but friendly service at Mchenry and they are open on Sunday’s too! Do not give this greedy owner any of your hard earned money!!! You did not ruin my day instead I will pray for you.

Super helpful and kind and took pride in ensuring that my needs were adressed efficiently and effectively. I needed to send out a package with a pre-paid label. In addition, I needed a box and packaging. Super quick process and peacful. I would highly reccomend this store to others that I know!
