4 stars because this location closes at 6pm (other UPS Store locations stay open until 7pm) and the parking lot is a little hard to get in and out of. Service overall is ok at this location, other places have been a bit friendlier.

An employee named Jared or Jaren went above and beyond last week. I called exactly when they opened (and he answered) because I needed to print funeral programs for that morning. He said he was the only one in but that he’d try to get it done. Then, he called me back to tell me that he hadn’t received the file (I had made a ridiculous typo in the email). It was so incredibly thoughtful to follow up and to make sure the programs were printed on time. I’m really appreciative and will choose this location for any elective ship/print/etc needs going forward.

The employees are brain dead, no one know how to use a computer or tell me the correct wifi password. Ive left the store multiple times the clerk gave up and walked away from the customer. Because getting my priorities was not important enough to print my product, bit everyone elses was important enough. You don’t need a graphic designer to print a piece of paper that is already made up. Gee i will have to stop by tomorrow to try again or find a new buisness.

Tried to go in there to get a real address po box but the young guy just kept saying he was new and didn't want to ask others any questions and then it was no manager on duty and all the workers were going "we don't know" or "we're unsure" and didn't even try to call the owner or a manager in charge when it's a situation that's very resolvable. Then the young guy threw away the information that I had asked for because I didn't want my information thrown into the shredder container after I asked him 3 times if I could have it. Need to train the employees better and they need to fix their attitudes. Not happy just trying to get an address so I can register my car and get other things done. Being without an address is very hard when you are trying to update things in life and for them to have poor service and attitudes and not trying to help or resolve the issues is very upsetting and makes the business lose business. The young guy needs alot more training and the young girls needs updated training. Also ask for the id first before getting to end of paperwork filling out and asking for it. Maybe they don't have it on them and have to go get it so it's a waste of time to fill out paperwork or even print out paperwork when you ask for an id last. Id should be first thing if trying to fill out certain documents. Very disappointed and frustrated and now I have to find another location that will help me so I can have an address and was trying to stay close to where I'm at.
