I went to Timothy Grant Jewelers today to get a new watch band for my watch! I was highly satisfied with the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED! Danielle was GREAT! I called her on the telephone to tell her what size watch band I needed and when I went into the store she had them all ready picked out for me! I picked out the watch band I wanted to purchase and Danielle pleasantly put the new band on my watch! It looks very good! I was VERY HAPPY and I walked out of the store A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Timothy Grant Jewelers and thank you Danielle for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I totally appreciated how much time was spent helping me with decisions about my jewelry repair and potential resetting of my current stones. They were knowledgeable and thorough and made sure I was completely comfortable with what I wanted to do. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything and I felt they genuinely wanted me to be happy with whatever I decided.

I visited Timothy Grant Jewelry in Lake Zurich today for the very first time after finding them on Yelp. I emailed a question and very quickly got a response. After watching their video and reading great reviews I decided to give them a try. I could not have been more impressed. I had a watch that was too big. As soon as I walked in, Danielle stopped what she was doing and immediately came over to greet me with a nice warm welcome. She took a look and immediately got to work on my watch. Danielle was so kind, courteous, and attentive. She had the watch fitting perfectly in no time. I also noticed that they have a wide variety of beautiful items on display at a reasonable price. Great service and a great price for exactly what I needed. I am so happy with my visit. I will definitely be returning to them in the future and I highly recommend them.

What a terrific find. I like to support local businesses and so, when I needed a jeweler to replace the battery in my watch, two people recommended Timothy Grant. Service was quick, reasonably priced, and extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Timothy Grant.

What an amazing jeweler! I needed my mom’s engagement ring resized so I could wear it again. I was worried that the band was too thin from over 50 years of wear and tear.They assured me it would be good as new!They were right! I am over the moon with how beautiful it turned out!Thank you for taking such good care of my most precious sentimental piece I own!!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Timothy Grant Jewelry. We had my wedding ring (that we originally got in the Lake Zurich location ) reset with a beautiful diamond halo band. They worked with us to find the perfect setting and when the one we chose didn't fit, they were able to find another that was even more beautiful and did not upcharge us. Their customer service was the best! I love my new ring and highly recommend Timothy Grant for everyone's jewelry needs!

Took earrings in to have safety closure on them, had rings sized, wedding band "fixed" so stone doesn't fall out, and many other services done here. Superior service and work. Each time they carefully take a pic of the jewelry for tracking purposes, they are on time and I never worry about stone replacement or other untrustworthy behavior I've dealt with at other places. My wedding ring looked brand new after a through cleaning and prong replacement! They are always helpful and a great supporter of the community. The only place to take your jewelry in the area.

We have our purchased multiple items here including chains, rings and supplies and are ALWAYS happy with the level of service and quality of product we receive.
