Ricky at the LZ store took care of all my needs on getting the internet and a phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable on what I wanted and really patient with me, due to the fact I am not too electronic savvy, but he explained everything I needed to do and let me know the cost of everything right away. Thanks so much for all your help & patience with me.

Extremely rude. Called the night before and asked if they had a phone they said, yes. Showed up the next day had me wait for an hour to tell me they told they don’t have it in stock. When I first showed up tried asking again to make sure they had it so I don’t wait “ can’t answer question right now have to help other customers. Bought many phone and accessories here. Never again. Found a new store inside Costco across the street. Way better!

Had an amazing experience! Christopher is amazing and was so helpful! I brought my 6 year old and 8 month old and he was so kind and nice plus so good at his job!!!!! Was in and out fast! Thank you T mobile for your amazing service and nice workers!!!!

T-Mobile is the best service I have ever got since Verizon & AT&T! I love their “5G UC” it’s so fast. I recommend getting T-Mobile. AT&T locks their phones and I have an ATT phone and it’s locked. One day when me and my family have time, we will go there and unlock the phone. T-Mobile is superior!!

I visited the T-Mobile store in Lake Zurich today at noon. There were three representatives present, but no other customers. As a result, I was the sole customer during my entire visit. When I mentioned my intention to purchase the iPhone 14, one of the reps informed me that they had three different colors of iPhones in stock, which aligned with the information I had found on their website prior to my visit. I opted for the purple color for my phone. However, when I declined his suggestion to purchase accessories and a protection program alongside the phone, he went to the back office and returned after consulting with another employee. He then informed me that they only had black color phones available and offered to assist me in ordering the purple one online, informing me it would save me a $30 activation fee. Since I had come to the store knowing that already and specifically for the phone, I decided to settle for the black phone. He retreated to the back office once again to confer with the other employee, and upon returning, he expressed his willingness to help me purchase the phone online again rather than making the sale in-store. Realizing that he seemed uninterested in selling me the phone, I informed him that I would handle the online order myself. Without delay, I headed to the Apple Store in Deer Park instead, where I received assistance in exploring all available colors and promptly activating the phone of my choice. As a T-Mobile customer for nine years with five family lines, I am now contemplating the possibility of switching to another carrier.

I have dealt with this TMobile a few times in the last few years. Every time they have bee very knowledgeable and efficient. Yesterday Alex assisted me in activating my phone. He was very professional and made it a very easy process.

Can you say rip off? They promised $800 towards an existing phone if shown the paid bill. We paid off the phone and took in the bill and were told it was more than 30 days since opening the account so they wouldn't pay anything. We were told we would get a $200 credit towards a new phone if we transferred our business account only to have them switch it to requiring a trade in and maybe $150 credit. Our other two business reps purchased new phones. Coverage was so terrible we switched back to Verizon. T mobile now refuses to allow us to pay off those phones until the end of the next billing cycle over 25 days away and refuses to unlock the phones until they are paid off. So we have 2 reps without phones for basically a month. We have called multiple times and gotten nothing but lip service. I would give them negative stars at this point if it were possible.

Though all the trouble, good employees still exist ; ) After several wasted hours dealing their call center over a billing problem, went to the local T-Mo store out of desperation. Ken S. patiently figured everything out and resolved the problem and followed up with a friendly text. Refreshing to work with someone who actually cares to put in the extra effort for a fatigued customer. Ken's a model employee who should be promoted immediately.
