We have been a long time customer of Remington and have 4 vehicles serviced by them at any given time. Two of them won't be going back. One vehicle is in Chicago and wanted to have a simple oil change done on Saturday. No appointments; as in they don't accept appointments only first come first served. They need to change that thinking, open a few times for people that don't want to sit there and wait for an opening. Take a few appointments and if the serve time allows, you can always take additional walk-ins. Bye Remington....

Been taking my car here for couple years and trust them with the work. Recently brought it in and they had thought they fixed the main problem but didn’t realize there was another issue that was overlooked. They took care of the work after the fact and made it right.

Just want to Thank the guys at Remington Automotive, especially Riley and Nick. Thanks for making and taking time to look over every inch of a car i am purchasing and pointing out all the potential issues as well as making it affordable to fix the problems that are potentially dangerous. Ive always felt taken care of at Remington and never taken advantage of. Great work guys.

Remington Lake Zurich on Rand is the best automotive shop in the area professional team , fast and prices as well. All my cars are served there.
