Awful and Disappointing. Never ever again would I go back.I take my time with writing bad reviews and this one had me in tears for a day and I am extremely disappointed.My cute Maltipoo went in for a full groom and they completely shaved him down to the bone!! His beautiful and perfect face got shaved and his ears shortened and shaved down.His beautiful and fluffy tail was also shaved down. Why would someone take a perfectly beautiful baby and shave him a 100%!!!!His two beautiful features - his face and tail. He doesn’t look like my dog AT ALL :(And he was not matted too. They could have called me to confirm if they had any questions but they didn’t.I sincerely hope that there is no shave shock and the fur grows back coz he’s known for his cute fluffiness.

My dog loves getting groomed here, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Emma to groom your dog, she knows what she is doing! Do not hesitate to bring your dog here, it is the best!

Loyal, long time customer here. Plush Pup has consistently done a great job with my dog over the years, however, they just recently stopped accepting credit cards to pay for services. It's 2022. I have a big hairy dog who needs very frequent grooming. I don't carry that kind of cash on me and with my busy lifestyle I don't have time nor will I remember to make special trips to get cash out every time he goes in. I'm willing to pay more for the convenience, but that's not an option. Super bummed to have to find a new place.

We have been going to 10+ groomers in northwest suburb and they are so far the best. Nice people and they always listen to customer’s preferences. Our two dogs have been taken good care there. Definitely recommend this place~

I’m not the kind of person to give bad reviews but for this one I believe it’s necessary. They don’t a have fixed price for the services they offer, they make it up on the spot depending on the person. They charged me over 70 dollars for a simple bath and brush but when I called using a fake name to schedule another one they quoted me about 50. They are not professional whatsoever, easily the worst groomer I’ve ever been to. Definitely do not suggest it!!
