Wow, this is the BEST Planet Fitness I have ever seen. Holy smokes, it's nice! Sure, it's the locker room that is the most difference I see, but it sets the vibe. No wait for weights because there are at least 2 (if not 4) of various standard machines... and some newer ones like the glutes one by the abduction (thigh) machines... and my butt is still recovering ... KK, lookout, I will have a hiney by summer. =] And... all the cardio machines connect to the TVs well so you can zone into a show easily.

Planet Fitness is very lucky to have Dominique. She is always extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service. Her friendly demeanor created a comfortable environment. Overall, Dominique's outstanding assistance enhanced my visit at the gym.

Really nice gym. Super clean and all the equipment is always working well! Love the tanning booths and massage chairs. Feels like a spa.

The Lake Zurich PF staff is friendly. I almost always see someone cleaning which is important to me. There is an ab machine I see at most other PF locations that is not at this location, but they have a couple of other things, particularly in the back right area, that I don't see at other locations. I would like to see a clock in a more visible location. There is a big beautiful clock on the wall, but it is blocked from view by a multi station unit. I feel like my criticisms are pretty minor though since it's one machine and relocating a clock. There's tons of benches, bikes, tread mills, and machines. And, again, I frequently see the staff cleaning and inspecting so I'm pretty happy with this PF.

Super clean and friendly place. Dominique was smiling when I walked in. Being this was my 1st time here, it was great to feel welcomed. Showers had two heads, one from the top, like rain and one from the side. There are nothing but good things to say about this location. Thank you, everyone involved in making this a great experience.

its a good gym but i still dont get why they have male employees work in the female lockers and male employees work in the female lockers

The Planet Fitness in Lake Zurich is very clean! They have all the workout equipment you could ask for. The employees are cheerful and very helpful!

I love that they stayed open @ least 24 hrs some days. I miss when there were more planet fitness locations that were 24hrs. Those ones that close early are SOOOO packed now. It's a miserable experience.
