Stephen at Mattress Firm in Lake Zurich was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and super friendly as we picked out my daughter’s new mattress!! Delivery was quick and easy! Such a positive experience!!

In July, my MIL who was visiting from NJ, bought a new bed from Mattress Firm in Lake Zurich. Steve helped her. Although she bought it in IL she had it delivered to her home in NJ from the Tom’s River, NJ store. Steve helped set this up for her. When it was delivered, after she returned home six weeks later, she said the delivery was absolutely the best! The delivery men were extremely nice and helped her set up the bed with her new headboard as well. How nice for a single lady in her eighties to get that kind of help! The entire process, starting with Steve was seamless!
My husband and I also bought a new bed from Steve at the same time. Delivery was smooth and the guys were very professional! They even came back a few days later to pick up my old mattress, when we realized we wouldn’t need it anymore - Steve arranged this too! Steve also helped me with a new mattress protector.
Whether in IL or NJ, the service from Mattress Firm was impeccable! It is all due to Steve in the Lake Zurich store - he is fantastic!
I highly recommend purchasing your bedding needs from Mattress firm! Great customer service!

We had been looking for the right mattress for a few weeks. That included visits to a number of mattress stores. Our daughter recommended that we see Steve at Mattress Firm. She and her husband bought a mattress there last year. It was great advice! Steve and Ryan were very helpful. They gave us the information we needed, then left us to try the mattresses. There was no pressure like some other stores we had visited. I would recommend this Mattress Firm if you are looking for a mattress. They’re very knowledgeable, accommodating with delivery dates, and just all around nice people!
