We're thrilled with our experience at this place! Our child enjoys their time here and is consistently happy when we pick them up. After exploring various daycares in the area, the standout factor for us was the attentive and responsive staff who genuinely seem to care.We love this place and couldn't recommend it more.

Horrible place. Every week 3 times a week, they have said my daughter had a fever and so I would have to pick her up all the time. One day I checked her fever and she had no fever. They do this because they’re short staff all the time. They would message us and ask us parents who could leave their kids at home because they were short staff. Like honestly would u want to take ur kids somewhere, where they ask u if possible if anyone can not take their kids when us parents have work all the time? Also would u want ur kids to be somewhere where they all sudden have fevers every day and have to pick them up but honestly they really don’t even have a fever? Yeah top with that, I had to pay them more than I should. I would be paying this place twice a month more than what I was told what it would be every month. So honestly I recommend not taking ur kids there.

We are so thankful and pleased with the beginning of our children's wonderful new journey at Lake Zurich KinderCare. We searched for the best possible local daycare where we could get our two children enrolled A.S.A.P. Upon contacting Lake Zurich KinderCare we knew we did not need to look any further.The Director is not only extremely friendly and kind-hearted but more importantly was so responsive and professional throughout our enrollment process. We quickly realized that she & her fellow staff members genuinely wanted our children to join the fun there just as much as we did.As a family we are SO happy we chose this daycare! From personally addressed 'Welcome' signs on each of their classroom doors the first day, to the comfort of their user-friendly reports & updates on their cellphone app, to the warm, kind and passionate Teachers they staff - we could not be more pleased/comfortable as parents knowing our children are under their care every day. We are so excited to observe all that our children will be able to absorb and learn in that environment as they continue to grow. Even their classmates & the other parents are super warm & welcoming.Thank you, Directors & Teachers of Lake Zurich KinderCare, for your communication & dedication to accepting our children into your wonderful hands! We already know as a family that we wouldn't have chosen any other place for our children to learn & play at daily.

Lake Zurich KinderCare has been my kids' second home for nearly 2 years. The progress I've seen in both my kids (1 and 3) is tremendous. The teachers are all incredible. Every single classroom - starting in infants, to the toddlers, the twos and preschool/pre-k have teachers that are not only good at what they do they also love what they do. It's not an easy decision to send your kid to daycare. We live in an area where there are many choices on where to send the kids. The love and safety and education my kids receive cannot be beat. Everyday I ask my son what he learned and the things that come out of his mouth - such as how plants grow, the water cycle, and letters/math - amaze me for a 3 year old. However the other day I asked what he learned and he said "we didn't learn today. it was way too much fun!" And you know what, I'm more than okay with that too!!

We are SO happy with Kindercare Lake Zurich! The teachers and directors are so friendly and make a huge effort to get to know our child and family. They have great communication and send home LOTS of projects that we will cherish forever. They have a great curriculum and are very knowledgeable about child development. Our daughter is very happy there!

The center director is fabulous and has made some great changes aesthetically and with the day to day operations. We love all of the teachers and our kids love them too which is even more important.

I applied a year ago and had an interview on my birthday with someone who did not know I was going to be there. Eventually they called me - literally a year later- to schedule an interview. Overall I was very disappointed as to how unprofessional this place was.

We are so pleased with the Lake Zurich KinderCare. The Directors and teachers are so welcoming and treat you like family. Traci and Amy came on board in the fall and they made some wonderful changes to the center. The staff is very interactive and they go above and beyond for all the children.

The teachers and directors are amazing, they really treat you like family there, getting to know you and your little one. They are very friendly, kind and attentive to the kids and their needs. My son loves going to daycare and seeing/playing with his friends.

Our family so appreciates Lake Zurich KinderCare. The teachers love our daughter and we love them! The directors are professional and truly love what they do. We would not think of taking our daughter any where else!

I could NOT be any happier with this facility. I was so terrified of transitioning my son to preschool under the care of people he did not know. He has been going here since October 2017 and LOVES it. The directors Traci and Amy are beyond amazing and have a sparkle in their eyes when they interact with the children. ALL of the teachers from each class know my son's name, he loves his teachers and always speaks so highly of them. The school is clean and disinfected all the time, the food is prepared fresh daily with a variety of meals, and the best part is the staff. You can tell they are all there because children are their passion. We get emails every month that show the entire curriculum for each class for the next month which helps us know what to work on with them at home. I never have an issue asking the staff questions, they are always so friendly. Bringing my son here was the greatest decision I made not only for him, but for our entire family. I cannot imagine him anywhere else!

We absolutely love the staff at Lake Zurich KinderCare. Our daughter, 2, names her teachers in the car in the morning and is so excited to get there. It makes it easy when she loves going to "school"!! :)

I never thought I would be 100% satisfied with a daycare, but with KinderCare, Lake Zurich, I am beyond happy! Traci and Amy have done WONDERS to the facility since becoming directors in the fall of 2017. Both of my children are very safe and very happy, which puts a smile on my face every day. Traci and Amy have made it feel like home with their decorative touches, fresh paint in the hallways, and warm greetings every morning and every afternoon. There are plenty of extra activities that the children can participate in and Traci's Crockpot Club is such a nice addition for busy families. If there is ever a concern, Traci and Amy are always there to listen and problem solve. The teachers always greet me upon our arrival and send us off with a cheery "Have a great day!" My mornings have transformed since starting at Lake Zurich KinderCare; I definitely start my day off a happier mom. The kids celebrate EVERYTHING; there will even be a Mardi Gras parade. Parents are invited to various functions throughout the year. My *only* complaint (and it is small), is that I would love more individualized daily or weekly reports. Conferences are held periodically and portfolios are presented for my preschooler, but I would love more pictures or just an individual comment on a weekly report as to how my children are doing, something funny they did, or even if there was a little challenge they overcame. I know if I asked, they would accommodate because that is who the teachers and directors are. Another amazing factor is that there are, I think, 7 children of staff members who attend KinderCare. That speaks volumes and further makes the staff feel more like family than caretakers. Thank you, Lake Zurich KinderCare, for all that you do to foster my children's growth!

We love the staff and management! We know that our children are safe and loved which we feel is most important. We would highly recommend Lake Zurich Kindercare, as our kids love the interaction with other kids and we have been very impressed with what they have learned!
