I inadvertently ordered the wrong color, despite saving some money due to a free shipping coupon. I contacted Koffler and spoke with Heide, who offered for me to return the product and order the correct color.
It was my error and there would be additional cost to return it, so I decided to keep what I ordered and maybe find a place to use that while waiting for another free shipping coupon.
Heide felt bad that I ordered the wrong product the first time and posted a note to herself to let me know the next time there was a free shipping coupon. When that occurred, Heide reached out to me, not once, but twice so I was able to take advantage of the free shipping. Who does that?
Heide and the others I spoke with at Koffler were very nice to speak with and I complimented Heide to her manager, Ron.

The care from the team both for the remanufacture of the product and the final delivery was great. Even the owner reach out which is rare these days.
I have since received communication throughout the process of trying to find the original order all the way through the delivery of the new order. I have it in hand and can deliver to my client.

Koffler Sales....I made a "purchase" on 12/21/23 just before the holidays. After getting an acknowledgement and nothing else i decided to reach out to the company via the text line for updates on 1/2/2024. after two days of this and no response I called the company to Speak with someone. Joanne was the point of contact. After speaking with another manager it was not confirmed the product was shipping or even in stock. I asked for another alternative to what I was buying and she had nothing, literally nothing to say. no alternatives, no recommendations to what was in stock. at this point I asked for my order to be canceled because of the lack of knowledge on the other end on the phone and asked how they were still in business.
