I wish Google reviews had a rebuttal tab to reply to some of these comments. Jessie the new pharmacist is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and my husband and I think she is great! She always answers our questions which is a lot! And offers informative solutions in our health needs! I highly recommend this pharmacist and this store!

Jessica is the best pharmacist I have ever come into contact with, she takes the time to explain every medication you have questions with and is very gentle and careful when giving vaccinations as well.

AVOID this pharmacy at all costs! Just as the other reviews have said Jessie is the rudest, most incompetent and uneducated individual. If you have the misfortune of interacting with her she will go out of her way to ensure your medications are ruined. I have seen her yelling at customers who were in line before me because she could not figure out the dosing of their medication. Extremely unprofessional! Management better do something about this location. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Board of Pharmacy and I encourage everyone harmed by them to do the same.

Ok, Jewel has become my local convenience store. The staff is friendly but I rarely interact with them because they advocate self checkout. Many of the brands that I loved have all been replaced by Jewel's signature brand. The variety has been reduced. Easy example: there used to be a variety of pasta types shapes and brands. Now the same amount of shelf space is taken up with signature brand and a great quantity of few types. The red sauces, cereals, international food, have followed suit. The quality of the produce has gone down and the 2023 produce season has made it worse with higher prices vs competition. Butcher and meats is still good. Whenever I can, I do my weekly shopping elsewhere with much better quality and variety at much lower prices.

So my name is Hannah, and l've come to this Jewel a lot. Today, I purchased an uber gift card, and the lady (I won't name names, but I have their names) who checked me out and helped in the self checkout was nice and helpful, at first. The lady at the service desk, however was not. I asked politely for a coin to scratch the back of the card, and she gave me a plastic fob looking thing. I began scratching it carefully and the metal part tore, and it seemed like the card was ruined.I proceeded to ask her what I should do. She then proceeded to start a lecture, asking me why "I would do that" and how I should be"more careful" and said about five times how it was out of the stores hands although I wasn't asking that. Multiple times she lectured me about my "carelessness" in damaging the card although I asked for a single coin, not a plastic thing. She was extremely rude after when I asked how I should call the company, and then the lady who checked me out came over, and both had horrible attitudes when I had to ask repeatedly what number I should give the Uber company, even though they had not answered my question and proceeded to just keep repeating how it was out of the store's hand at this point and blaming me. Please have better up frontcashiers/helpers. I work in a business like Jewel, and I understand how sometimes when there is an issue like this that it is very annoying for employees especially when it is busy, however the store was not that busy and you still shouldn't talk to a customer like that. Luckily my work was able to give me a coin and help me retrieve the code.

Jessica, the new pharmacy manager is the reason I will be taking my business elsewhere. Incredibly rude, borderline criminally irresponsible and entirely unwilling to help. Previous pharmacy manager (and the rest of the staff) was great, it’s a real shame she was transferred.

This review is for the bakery. There is the most absolute unpleasant woman working in the bakery. I wanted a birthday cake for my daughter and instead of calling me and saying it couldn't be done, I came to pick it up the day/time promised and it looked terrible. Even the bakery manager said that I could take it for free or have it remade. I wanted it redecorated. My boyfriend came to pick it up the next day and was given the same one we were shown the day before AND CHARGED For it along with an attitude from the employee in the bakery. The writing was totally illegible and was written over the border of the cake so no one could read it at her party, the picture on the cake terrible. It was supposed to be a funny cake and was totally let down. We won't be coming back.

Why is it that the women who work in floral are so rude and incompetent? I have tried 6 of the surrounding Jewels and it's the same thing--rude, nasty, mean and unhelpful. The roses always die within 3 days no matter what you do. Even the carnations die too fast. The food quality has dropped drastically, the prices have doubled on many items and there is no Covid prevention in place despite numbers/deaths being way up over last year. Most of the staff and management is useless, too. The little, older store does have some younger men up front. They are nice.

I'm getting really frustrated with this Jewel. Did a grocery pick up, got home and my lunch meat was grey and bananas were horribly bruised. This has happened on more than one occasion. This time I jumped back in the car and brought back the lunch meat of which I was refunded but the managers don't really care to hear a complaint. Very rude and cut me off a couple of times when I tried to explain. I wanted lunch meat from the deli counter sliced thin. What I got was a grab n go package that was old. Ham is pink, not grey. How is this service convenient if the pickers aren't paying attention to quality or even the notes attached to the order? I understand that they are probably understaffed but does anyone check the pre packed deli items to remove the old meat? Also, the employees are getting more and more short tempered and rude. If you don't like your job then find another but don't take it out on your patrons. I have been shopping at this Jewel since it was a brand new Dominick's but seriously considering another grocery store.

This jewel is spacious but the cashiers are absolutely rude. I had a magazine to purchase and the old lady with the light blue shirt and gray hair said "give me the magazine or put it back" before she even started ringing up my first item. I was happy to purchase the magazine as I barely was next up but she was disgusting and rude. Next I held the water for her to ring up and she kept yelling put it back put it back put it back like a broken record to put it back in the cart. I won't be shopping here anymore. She was acting like she owned the place and wanted to do things in her own rude way. The way she told me to put back the magazine before I could read the cover and decide to place it on the belt was awful and rude. Disgusting old woman. Needs to be put in a nursing home not a jewel osco!!

My review is about the floral dept. I ordered 2 vase arrangements for last weekend. The flowers were lovely, however, when moving them to the table in the restaurant all the flowers just fell out of the vases. The vases were low glass vases and the flowers with not bound/taped together. Actually they seemed top heavy to fall out that way. So there we are picking up all the flowers from the table and the floor.Very disappointed
