Well arranged medicines Good pharmacy of that area . Nature made brand medicines are in big deal. I grabbed that offer with Multivitamin and Vitamin D. I liked the new range of nature made @well blend immune support product and will buy soon. Well labelled counters and special counter for drop off. Good deals , some medicines on 50%Nice and cooperative staff. Will recommend this business

My son and I have been sick for more than a week, we were so sick that I couldn't even go to the doctor until we recovered enough. They sent an antibiotic to my normal Osco pharmacy on Ella Road in Lake Zurich. The pharmacist was so helpful he told me that they did not have that antibiotic and looked around for a local pharmacy that would, he arranged for me to go to another Osco, and call the prescriptions in there. And as I was heading to that pharmacy in the freezing cold before I got out of the car he then called me and told me I needed to go to another pharmacy so he was extremely helpful in a time of need and very kind in his help. He definitely went over and above with his service.

Nothing, the pharmacist manager Michelle profiles patients. Some days she’ll release my medications 5 days early, but if she’s in a bad mood she’ll hold them longer than the average patient waits. She told my dr that I had gotten my meds filled early since March... who filled them? She did!!! Contradicting statements are Michelle’s incoherent mantras, that allow her ego to swell. She’s not a dr. She’s probably not intelligent enough for that. I try to plan when my medication

I am someone who always selects 5 star ratings. I want my Yelp compliment to have an impact on making people who work hard at their jobs to feel good. To motivate good energy. I want to convey my appreciation to those that work in the town where I live and shop. My rating today for the Pharmacist that works overnight at the 24 hour pharmacy at the Jewel-Osco on Ela road, not only doesn't make me feel good about my self, actually makes me feel like I'm the biggest l**** that ever walked our planet. She asks me questions about my medications that is against HIPA code and is between me and my doctor. Questioning why my doctor prescribes certain medications to me and makes me feel like I'm a criminal who is trying to get away with something I shouldn't. The daytime staff is always so kind and respectful and professional to me, just as I am to them. They are all so friendly and have known me to come to this pharmacy for more than 25 years. However, I make sure that I pick up my prescriptions during the day, and avoid going after midnight if I can help it. Unfortunately one of my children had a complication to surgery and I was forced to seek pharmaceutical needs after midnight. I felt so judged and even harassed picking up a medication prescribed to my child after a serious surgery. She just made me feel like I was a terrible person. I too am employed in the service industry as well and I would want to know if I ever made anyone feel uncomfortable. I guess I just want her to know that I avoid her if I can help it. What a shame. Thank you for listening Yelp.

The basis of my opinion is that when I dropped off balloons to get filled and they fill the order of the next person before mine makes me not want to shop here again. First come first serve doesn’t seem to mean anything

Jewel is best grocery around. "Saved" 27% with their ad this week. Butcher shop is attentive, will cut what you need, just ask.

Every time I come here I have issues. My flu shot was supposed to be free with insurance but they were going to charge me $40. I ended up going to CVS instead where it was free. I also had to get an inhaler which was $200 but I had a coupon to reduce it to $10. They insisted the coupon couldn't be applied. I ended up calling the drug company, who told me to have the pharmacist call them. Eventually I got it for $10, but this was only because I did not give up and made them call. They acted incredibly annoyed with me the entire time. If I had just listened to them I would have spent $190 extra!

Horrible staff at the drive through. I'm writing this review Parked at the window. I have been waiting for 50 minutes on the medication for my mother. The gentleman at the windows seems to be lost into his computer. With no sign of him even looking for the medication. I don't ever write bad reviews but I thought I would take the time that I continue to wait for the medication to share what has become the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. That is saying something since I am a Marine and have gone through Navy medical. Yes brothers and sisters this place beats Navy is bad service.
