I ordered something online that arrived on a Thursday. It needed some adjustments. The problem being I was leaving out of town the next day. It needed a minor adjustment on the straps.. I went into four different dry cleaners looking for help. Each and everyone of them said no, as they shook their head and rolled their eyes at me. I need to go to Walgreens at the corner of Cuba and Route 12 in Lake Zurich and noticed JP cleaners. I thought I would go in and ask even though I was positive they were going to say no and shake their head in roll eyes at me! I walked into JP dry cleaners at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I explained my situation to the kind woman behind the counter. She immediately took my item and fixed it. Less than 10 minutes. She even did this with a smile!!! Excellent customer service!!! This definitely is where my dry cleaning is going to go from now on. If I need any altering This is where I will bring my items!

I brought a pair of dry clean only jeans in - they were coated jeans. They took the coating off the jeans. Now, I have a pair of jeans that cost $150.00 that are not what they are supposed to be!!!! They ruined my jeans!
