I've been a customer for over a decade with H&R Block and this past April 7th 2022 will be the last time. Had a big problem, this office couldn't resolve it onsight, called their "corporate" office April 7th, 20th, and May 4th, to no avail. My money will go further next year.

We received a note that our return would be processed, but no notification since then. It has been 2 months. I’ve called customer service many times and had no resolution, because no one can tell me what happened to the “tax pro” that was assigned our case. We had to file an extension and now will be taking our business elsewhere.
