The selection of trees, shrubs and other plants is truly amazing. The strong growth capacity of these trees, shrubs and plants is another asset when shopping for gardens or containers needs. Especially well selected for the Chicagoland area climate (we all love olive and citrus trees (even with a Winter Garden like we have here in Wicker Park), it is not ideal.

We engaged Streamline Landscaping to remove and replace a very old evergreen tree. Streamline contracts with Fiore Nursery to supply trees and shrubs. Upon installation, we pointed out to the landscaper the fact that the tree had some notable issues including browning and droopy branches and washed out color. We were assured that all of this would correct and upon establishing, the tree would be fine.Initial discussions with the landscaper, Jason at Streamline were ineffective as he repeatedly denied that there was any issue, and insisted that time would remedy any imagined shortcomings of the tree that he had installed and insisted was perfectly healthy.After some frustrating gaslighting and further delay from the landscaper, he suggested we engage the supplier, Fiore Nursery.After further delay and ghosting, the landscaper and Fiore had no other solution than waiting until spring. No compromise, no discussion, just go away.In conclusion, the mark of a professional and a company that you can feel confident working with is their willingness to listen and work with you to ensure that everyone has lived up to their end of the arrangement.If you choose to work with Jason at Streamline or Fiore Nursery, based on my experience, you can expect a subpar product, unprofessional behavior, gaslighting, obfuscation and a complete and total dismissal of any concerns or issues that you raise.

First visit to the new Salem Lake office. Brian was super helpful with my order. The lot is still getting organized, and will take a little getting used to (huge footprint and much more inventory), but no doubt this facility is a winner for Fiore.
