Will not go back to this branch again. Very unwelcoming..Woman who met me never introduced herself even after following her into an office but did point to her business cards. I was there to inquire about an offer I received in mail. She did explain the details of offer and that was it....relationship banking...never get there.

Takes FOREVER just to deposit a check through the drive through. ONE new girl working by herself when i can see clearly in the back theres 3 employees laughing and talking while she suffers and 5 people are waiting to be helped. Complete joke!

Awful service. My first time here since I opened my account last week. No one addressed me when I pulled up. I had to keep saying “hello” to get someone’s attention. I saw two people inside, but they were busy talking. I The person that this was my first time there, and I wasn’t sure what to do. She gave me attitude, and was not helpful overall. I’m disgusted with my experience

I spent 20 minutes waiting to be helped while the bank teller (Denise) chatted with a customer. Two other people were waiting behind me as well. The stuff is common sense.
