HORRIBLE! Read before using.Not only was the packaging job for my two, small posters atrocious, the attitude by Nikki who helped us and the manager are unacceptable. Both unhelpful and incompetent packers. Absolutely ruined the two posters after forcing me to use a larger, more expensive shipping tube.

Terrible service by lady. STAY AWAYShe forced us to sign a commercial invoice for personal document and now the document is stuck internationally. Terrible service and fooling the public. Stay away from this FedEx center if you want your shipping to go seamlessly.

I wish I could give zero. Take your business elsewhere. Extremely rude lady behind the counter. I used to drop off packages at this location but the service has dropped to a horrendous level. You are probably better off dropping packages at a drop box or near by Walgreens than visiting this location.

I visit this Lake Zurich store every month or 2, and always get great service. Today I carved out some time to write a review. When I have tried to make double-sided copies in the past, I always end up wasting a few trying to make things right. Today Steve saw ( or sensed) that I could use some help making copies. I gladly accepted his help, and I was in and out in a flash...my 60 plus copies in a bag which Steve "automatically" supplied. Thanks to all involved in my occasional, successful visits to this store.

I ordered same-day color copies online for a presentation. Good news, the order was professionally done and ready on time. Bad news, the cost was more than double what I anticipated. I filled out a survey a couple days later with a very unfavorable review. Within 45 minutes of filling out the survey I received a call from Steve the store manager. He asked me to explain my situation. He then gave me a fair partial refund and proceeded to give me helpful hints for the next time I order copies. For such a big brand to deliver that kind of customer service -- quick, fair and informative -- says a lot about its dedicated store manager.

Customer service is not a priority for this location. I called in advance of coming to the store to email documents to print. I was the only customer in the store 20 minutes before closing. Upon arrival, I reminded the worker that I was the person who called about the printing. The associate was too busy opening boxes of supplies (rubber bands,etc) to give quality attention. Then after waiting 10 minutes, said the the printer was shutting down for the night and it would take awhile for that to open up and he would not be able to print the 20 copies of 3 requested documents. I should have gone next door to Office Max!

Hours are only 11 AM - 6 PM. The reported hours are never accurate and should be updated. The service personnel are considerate but the hours are extremely inconvenient for such a time-critical business.

Steve is a great agent that will jump through hoops to solve an issue on a delivery that the Fedx main office was of no help. If I decide to use Fedx in the future it will be because of my experience with agent Steve in Lake Zurich.

I asked if they could staple my blue prints that I paid $75 and I was told it would cost an additional $1.99 for a staple. Wow! That's all I can say. Not very helpful in this store!

My receipt number is 2264002883 I print a fair amount of menus at FedEx and they usually do an amazing job. Today was the opposite of that. An employee named Erik was incredibly rude. They were waiting for my document to send via email and I was trying to save time by telling them what I was looking to do. Erik shut me down immediately and said we'll wait for the document. I said I'd like to tell you what I'm looking to do while we wait and he just ignored me and waited. No other customer in store at this moment and he was doing nothing else. I asked again clearly and he just stood there awkwardly looking away. So we all sat there in silence waiting. For no good reason. Steve the manager was much friendlier but I couldn't understand Erik's attitude. I'll be looking elsewhere and recommend to my colleagues they do the same for their print needs.

My husband went there today and needed something printed urgently while heading to the DMV. The attendant went above and beyond to help him while my husband was pretty stressed out. Thanks for making a difference today!!

Very grumpy here. If your box has a slight bend in it or anything they will try to sell you a new box. If you don't buy a box they will refuse to mail your return even if it's the exact box you received it in and fedex literally threw it on your porch and caused said damage.

Very helpful, service with a smile behind their masks. They have always been informative and willing to work with me on type of box and filling out the airbill. Safe social distancing clearly marked. Thank you to John and FedEx for great service at this essential business!
