Fed Ex keeps delivering my packages to the wrong house. The address on the label is correct but their system is messed up. Spoke to 20 people, spoke to 8 drivers and called the dispatch center 5 times. They just delivered 3 huge packages to the wrong house today. Use UPS don’t use Fed Ex!

Horrible customer service at this location. It's out of my way but I'd drive to the one in Vernon Hills before I ever go here again. The employees there are competent, actually helpful, and not blatantly rude unlike this location.

Dropped off package and told employee what it was. First time ever I insured a shipping item because I felt employee seemed strange. My box never made it to the Grayslake FedEx hub. Seems it got "lost." Not "lost" getting to its destination, "lost" inside the Lake Zurich FedEx building. I'm sure it wasn't stolen.

HORRIBLE! Read before using.Not only was the packaging job for my two, small posters atrocious, the attitude by Nikki who helped us and the manager are unacceptable. Both unhelpful and incompetent packers. Absolutely ruined the two posters after forcing me to use a larger, more expensive shipping tube.

Terrible service by lady. STAY AWAYShe forced us to sign a commercial invoice for personal document and now the document is stuck internationally. Terrible service and fooling the public. Stay away from this FedEx center if you want your shipping to go seamlessly.
