Won’t exchange for faulty product in less than 24 hours. They don’t care if you take your business else where. Better off at mysteries a block down. Way better vibe and product choices. Thanks for the response. My conversation went I bought this battery at this time yesterday, it was this color and I have transaction proof. The response was “we don’t do exchanges. I can maybe give you a discount on a new one.” So you want me to buy another broken one? I said well that’s kind of ridiculous maybe I should take my business elsewhere. The response was “ok” click, hung up on me. I understand you probably have people scamming you but I’ve spent hundreds here and have never had a problem. Didn’t feel like my request was ridiculous but your responses are.

Their products are faulty and they have their “no exchange or return policy” to hide behind to try to keep all the money they can. Never coming here again. I hit my cartridge once before the metal piece fell off and stopped hitting. Used to buy stuff weekly. Their not the only shop in town.

They used to be really good. Now they aren't. They never have stock on the fluid for my ecig and ever since they hired this little boy that works Tuesdays I cringe having to deal with him. He's rude, I've seen him swear at paying customers and the last time I was in there and they didn't have my juice. His response was and I quote "I don't know what to tell you" I will be limiting my purchases there. They aren't the only vape shop in town.

They keep selling me the wrong coils for my vaporizer and insisting they are the right ones. I have dropped at least 30 dollars in bad cold. Workers are nice beyond lack of knowledge of their products. I did buy my vaporizer here too.

Went the the other day to get something and needless to say the gentleman that was there was rude, they won’t even let you walk in the store, even with a mask on, not sure if he thinks that the virus stops at the first 5 feet of the store and won’t go any further I understand being safe but this was beyond ridiculous and due to this experience will not return plenty of other smoke shops to go to

The smoke shop is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to with variety of things you won’t find really in any other shops. The staff are also very friendly and are also knowledgeable about their products!

I'm new to vaporizers and had many questions for the gentleman behind the counter. He was very patient with me went through all the options end up with just two vaporizer pens that match my cartridges that it picked up and gave me some good knowledge and information in the future going forward. Since I don't know much about the vaping community I would have to guess that the selection is very wide according to the inventory stock that I saw on the shelves they have glass counters with all of their vaporizers on display and priced. Bethel have the middle section of the store filled with a bunch of glassware and other smoking devices. Never really wide selection behind the counter as well of CBD only products and a lot of other stuff that I didn't recognize. Great little shop a little difficult to get into due to its placement on the corner of 22 and Rand however not hey big deal or deal breaker to visit the shop again.
