This place sucks,my partner gave all the necessary information in a polite way and the tech proceeded to tell her that we have a hundred something dollar co pay which we know we don’t because my company switched to a different insurance company this year 2024 so my partner tells this to the tech and they again argue and say “no we have your updated insurance” my partner disagrees and says again that they will call back with our insurance because the one the tech is saying we have we don’t. My partner then calls back and says “As i stated earlier to you,we do not have that insurance that you have on file ,this is the insurance we have” after the tech goes “oh” and then puts in the correct information. My partner then proceeds to tell the tech that they really need to work on their customer service because it is terrible . How it should have went is “im so sorry it looks like we dont have the correct insurance for you, if you could get that information for us I can put it in to give you the correct pricing for your daughters medication.” Thats it. Its not hard to be a decent human being. I know customer service and tech positions are intolerable sometimes but when a customer is being polite there is no reason for you to be rude.

Pharmacy was closed at 11:45AM for a state mandated lunch. There posted lunch break is 1:30-2. Makes it extremely challenging to pickup medicine that can’t be filled until the day I run out and have other obligations that keep me from waiting.

I don't usually do reviews but this time I had to.Have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years now. I would give 5 stars until today. The new pharmacist Amanda is rude, impatient, not compasionate, not helpful at all! I hope she is a quick learner because she has A LOT to learn to become a decent, human friendly pharmacist!

This pharmacy was inside the Target in Lake Zurich. You entered through the Target store entrance. From the entrance, it was way back on the left side which was annoying because I had to walk all the way to the back to get to the pharmacy. I was at this pharmacy store to get my Covid Booster shot as this location had appointments available. The pharmacy staff were really nice and helpful. The Pharmacy technician was really sweet and mentioned right before my injection that it would hurt and you would even feel that you wouldn't know you got the injection, she was exactly right and I was in doubt whether I received the injection at all. Except the pharmacy being extreme inside overall my experience at the store was good.

With the recent changes in staffing the service is no longer good. The new pharmacist could make an effort to show at least some empathy, kindness and willingness to help patients.
