An absolutely horrible reflection on the Costco brand. They couldn't provide poorer service if they tried. I scheduled an appointment, as they recommend, to save time. That caused a 2 1/2 week wait during which they had my money for purchased, uninstalled tires. I arrived on time and waited behind 3 walk-ins who were installed ahead of me. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Later that day, they didn't think they could do the 25 mile lug nut check because "the system is down". So I googled " forester lug nut torque setting" on my phone and showed it to the tech. Reply, "Huh. Good idea." After driving on the new tires it became obvious that they got the alignment wrong. Now I'm waiting 5 days for them to "squeeze me in" to correct their mistake.The prices are no better than competitive. Factoring in my time, I way overpaid. I bought from them because the staff in the store understand good, friendly service. The tire center is like a whole other world.

Exceptionally poor attention to customer needs by customer service manager, Jesse. This location owed me $30. I forgot about it for over two months, expecting such a large company to do the right thing. When bringing it to their attention, their answer was an excuse to not be able to solve my problem for one additional day. Very silly behavior over $30.

Great place to shop for almost all your needs Good prices, huge assortment. Love their pizza and hot dogs in cafeteria.

Smartly, they put the rotisserie chicken in the back of the store so you can gaze at all the deals heading that way! Clean, good deals, and very busy.

Oh, no don’t ever go to this center, as they lack any basic knowledge of how to serve a loyal member.I was there this year and spent almost 6 hours with them and eventually I ended up going to another Costco tire center to fix my flat tire.

I installed 4 tires with them. One of my tires got flat after a year. I was covered in the warranty of 5 years but they gave me the reason that the tire can not be replaced. Not only that they said they have to replace all 4 tires. The warranty thing is FRAUDULENT in Costco.

Always good deals available, easy return policy, huge variety, good pharmacy and well organised everything. Always prefer to go for shopping .

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY.I brought my 2004 BMW 330XI here for a tire change that I scheduled 20 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME for an 11am appointment and it was not done until 8pm that day. I take very good care of my car and when I got my car back, it came with a dent on its rear right fender. I assumed Costco would be proper about their business practices, but this particular tire shop does not care about the customer. While I was there, it was clear that many other customers were also unhappy and frustrated with this tire shop.They need new employees or need to shut down the store immediately.Edit:I filed a claim within Costco the same day and am waiting 5-7 business days for them to confirm that the dent came from their shop. I know for certain that the dent wasn’t there prior to my visit.Will post an update once Costco gets back to me.Update 12/8/2022:No updates from tire center or Costco claims department.I called the tire center asking for an update and all they told me was that the claims department will contact you. No time estimate on when they will contact me.

Tire people are respectful and informative. I set up an appointment to replace my tires 2 weeks out because it was so booked. When I arrived I expected service due to the appointment, but it was a long time before they even looked at my vehicle and they finished in a little over an hour and a half.

Came on September 21st, 2022 for rotation, balance, and inspection. Once they were done, I noticed 3 out of 4 wheels were damaged by negligent use of tools and equipment. Right away brought to their attention. Filled out a form which they submitted to their insurance and claim was denied as expected. Contacted GM who wasted month and a half of my time and at the end had the insurance agent, who was not qualified to determine where the damage came from, call me to re-explain why the claim was denied. She offered me a 100-dollar shop card for wasted time, which is an insult. Customer service at this location is at the lowest point or non-existent. The damage is $2,300. Opening the BBB case and calling Corporate next. I also had an issue with one tire and that was not addressed either.Previous (5 months prior to this) appointment for balance and rotation was scheduled at noon. Came 15 minutes early to be told to wait for 2.5 hours as they are "busy". Again, inexperienced shop employees cause this type of waits. Escalated to the manager and car was done in 45 minutes.This shop has no professionals working on your cars causing damages and being inefficient. If you don't care about your car or how much of your time they will waste, you are more than welcome to go there. I know I will never do that again and will never tell anyone I know to go there.

I was there at Costco today... there was an issue with my membership... Pearl one of the managers was rude and disrespectful to me and in from of my children. I always go to Schaumburg store but thought I would go to Lake Zurich. I just could believe how rude she was. Definitely should be a manager.

I have been a member of Costco Lake Zurich. I especially use the optical department( exceptional service) and I fill up with gasoline every week. The folks at the fuel pumps are the most helpful and friendly employees- Eva and Scott are Just two of the people that are always helpful. Costco has some of the most friendly consumer policies in the retail industry- low prices, huge selection and easy return. The credit card provides over $1100 every year in points and that covers the membership fee over ten times. Just want to thank the people at Costco. Inflation is hurting so many families and Costco is doing their part to offset that challenge. Thanks Lenn G.

This review is off the tire center. They do as much as possible to NOT install your tires. Rude customer service. Do not recommend.
