We recently switched to Costco due to our normal pharmacy not being about to get the medication I take. The tech or whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. 2 stars because this is the only place I can get my meds.

The only reason this gets three starts is because of the stellar pharmacist. I would've given it one star otherwise due to the fairly incompetent techs.

I love Costco but their Pharmacy is underwhelming and frustrating. SLOW would be the most applicable word to describe them. Frustrating to deal with, seems to lack urgency and efficiency. I almost gave them 1 star. Do better please!

If my prescription wasn't $30 less here than other places I'd definitely go elsewhere. I've called ahead and been told my prescription would be ready by 1, show up at 330p and they haven't even started it. Asked me to wait an hour. Called at open and told my prescription wouldn't be ready until the next day (to be clear I take a generic drug that is extremely common). I've shown up for my prescription to be ignored, or for my personal information to be blurted out to everyone standing around (HIPAA violation). I called to check on my prescription and timeline they answered with their regular "how may I help you greeting" and then randomly put me on hold mid-sentence.They're rude, inconsiderate, and frankly seem out of their depth. If you get enough savings, I guess it's worth it, but I'd never deal with this if I can get same price literally anywhere else

They definitely have terrible management. We schedule the appointment to get covid vaccine, they did not plan for those scheduled appointment, till you showed up, they told you "hopes, we just finished all the vaccine doses...". and the pharmacist sounds like very impatient..

Got an appointment for a COVID booster. The demeanor and attitude of the pharmacy techs was appalling. Also, although I was there on time for my appointment, it took them more than an hour to get the vaccine. I know Walgreens is more expensive for some services, but I'd rather use them in the future.

I went there for booster shot and and I had terrible experience with waiting. I came earlier before my appointment and there was nobody before me . But they make me wait . Very poorly organized !!!!! I came like around 3:30 my appointment was 5 and they were even late for my 5 o'clock appointment !!!!!

I stopped by to get one item and I was in and out quickly. The item was in stock and the cashier was friendly and very efficient.

I know its difficult time however my ct store has not had any toilet paper, rost. chickens, lack of salmon, no dog pads, saw my creidit card statement costco charged my card $60 for WHAT? Now I read they were letting people with guests, now limited to 1, did they forget how to take care of their customers FIRST? What am I paying for if they can't keep enough stock for their customers. VERY VERY DISATISFIED. DOES ANY ELSE FEEL THE SAME WAY?

Understaffed, not too bright, and zero common sense. I've given them several chances and each time they make a simple prescription a hassle! Go elsewhere!!!

Went to Costco tire center to get 4 new tires this morning. When we arrived we saw row upon rows of tires, we wanted Michelin tires, they didn't have them so they suggested a different brand, and out of all those tires they'd didn't have or size. The person helping us (or lack of helping us) seemed upset that we were there. Got tires at discount tire, super service.
