Costco Pharmacy is a place where customers can get prescriptions and immunizations. They communicate via text to let customers know what needs to be filled. While the pharmacy staff includes a very helpful pharmacist, some customers find the techs less competent and struggle with scheduling immunizations online. Overall, the pharmacy is appreciated for its pharmacist but has room for improvement in service and guidance.
They text me to let me know what needs to be filled I text them back, not to long of lines but as far as scheduling immunizations I've been trying for a 1/2 hour doesn't guide you to do so I am on the website. I get all my prescriptions & immunizations there.

We recently switched to Costco due to our normal pharmacy not being about to get the medication I take. The tech or whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. 2 stars because this is the only place I can get my meds.

The only reason this gets three starts is because of the stellar pharmacist. I would've given it one star otherwise due to the fairly incompetent techs.
