brought my 16 week old puppy in for his first grooming experience and left with him seeming fine. once i got him home he had blood all over his foot and once i checked they had cut into his paw when grooming. they had never even let me know prior to me picking him up. very unprofessional. i would avoid bringing your dog here.

This is a phenomenal place to have your dog groomed. Sophie has been going there for 17 years. The staff is so caring and really take the time to know your dog. It feels like family to me every I bring her in. I highly recommend them and will not go to any other grooming facility.

Kathy is the best by far. My emotional rescue walks right in and hops right up for his nail trim. The new place is super with plenty of parking and is nicely tucked away

New to the area and searching for the right place to take my dog. I called about a nail trim and was told walk-ins welcome. Great! Upon arrival I took my dog back to the table and was instructed to hold his head while one other lady held his body and the younger girl cut his nails. He squirmed quite a bit which I knew he would. Most dogs don't like their nails cut. She ended up cutting them too short and one of them bled all over and it was very upsetting to watch. The only response I got was blaming him for moving around too much. After getting home, I can tell that a few of them are bothering him as they look a little jagged and short. Maybe the nail clippers weren't sharp enough. Disappointed and sad my dog is in pain.

Was very disappointed. Brought my dog in for a cut and he came out all uneven. Sort of looked like they did the bare minimum. Will not be going back.

I took my dog for the first time here hoping to find a nice dog grooming service. It started out nice when I dropped him off but when I went to pick him up they wanted to charge me $55 . $5 more than they quoted me on the phone for the type of dog I noted on the phone . Then they charged me $2.00 for using my debit card . It only took them less than an hour for the full service. They told me it would be about 2 hours which is normal . I asked them how they got him bathed and trimmed and nailed done in less than an hour she said we have help well even with help you need to take the time in bathing and everything else . When I got him home I noticed his paws were not done underneath well there was all kinds of fur still hanging out and around his eyes were not the same . One was longer than the other. I do not recommend this place to anyone. First of all the poor dog being rushed through all of this :-( they did not take there time and for $55 . Crazy !

I have a rescue named Joey, and I don’t know his background; however, I know he didn’t have a good beginning in his life. He can be frightened easily. I bring him here for his nails, as no other place is as patient, careful, and caring. ? ?Cathy Elliott (lol my real name).

Have to admit ... I originally had booked a grooming for Lucky at a dif establishment. But after they cancelled on me twice (day before our vacay) I randomly found the faB Classy (literally!) Critters n Kathy was a life saver! squeezed us in for a grooming. I appreciate the tenderness as Lucky has had traumatic past grooming experiences. Will def be back to visit !!! ????

Had a very horrible first experience. I called the day before asking about an appointment for nail trimming, they said they accepted walk ins but proceeded to hang up on me. I gave them a second chance and assumed they were busy. I went in the next day with my six month old puppy and as soon as I walked in, I received dirty looks from an older women who was shaking her head at me. Right away, I felt very uncomfortable. A younger women took me right away to the back and asked me to lift my dog up on a table. I understood this process because my dog is obviously comfortable with me. My puppy (being scared) peed on the table. The lady cutting her nails told me not to worry about it and was very nice about it. She was very quick and I was right next to my dog to calm her down (which I really liked). When she was done cutting her nails, she took her off the collar and just let my dog JUMP off the table. The table was about 4 feet high off the ground. I was not impressed with the way they handled my dog and was not impressed with the service. I will definitely not be taking my dog back here. She was traumatized and they did not make her feel comfortable. For a puppy, a first experience is EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a new place to bring your dog, this is not the place.
