The staff are very efficient, courteous and friendly!.The manager ,and Marc Solosky are genuinely nice, intelligent bankers. Love working with Marc.The one drawback of this new location is the parking lot.....it's an accident waiting.to happen.I park in adjacent lot and walk.

no one ever answers the phone here, and it just shuts off with no way to leave a message or contact anyone. if you go in, you get better service, but i cant always get into the bank. uggh

I tried going to the new location several times. The drive thru had a long slow line so I went inside to a long slow line. It looked like the only teller inside was also trying to do the drive thru. Used to be able to deposit pay check and get money back. Now it's two transactions. First deposit check. Then make a withdrawal. Takes twice as long when they are understaffed to begin with. Also, hate the parking lot of new location , trying to pull in and out. I now go to drive thru in Barrington, no line.

Brand new building and build a drive thru that has only 2 lanes for customer service??? 2 lanes for ATM. And of course they only have one customer service lane open during peak time so cars were 5 deep... Then find out you cannot cash a check anymore!! Person who answers customer service call has no idea how the bank's operations work. I could go on and on! I advise do your banking elsewhere as I will be very soon
