I can not recommend this company enough. I worked with Bill on my repair. They got me in quickly (as they advertise) for a free estimate. They explained before I left about the estimate and timeline expectation, scheduled my repair, helped with arrangement of a rental car, and communicated throughout the entire repair process regarding parts and timing. Hands down a 10 out of 10 from a quality, customer service, and expectation stand point. Thank you for some quality work and customer service! So refreshing!

Very pleased from the moment I dropped off my car to picking up “surprisingly” the next day. Everyone very nice and my car looks like brand new. I can’t even tell where the repair was done. Thank you everyone at Casten Body Shop. I highly would recommend them.

Thank you Jeff at the LZ Casten Body Shop today! What great and friendly assistance today by both the front office and Jeff one of the on-site technicians. I have brought my cars in the past for repairs but today I needed help with a piece of trim that I wasn't sure if it could be put back on my car. I brought in the car, Jeff let me know he might be able to fix it and 20 minutes later it was done and at no charge! I was not expecting that but I was super happy! Thanks again Jeff and Casten Auto Body :)

Our vehicle had gotten hit by a horrible hailstorm, and we brought our truck in for repairs to Casten based on our insurance's preferred vendor list. From start to finish the process was so great! The staff was great, the customer experience was great, more than anything the car looked GREAT! Would highly recommend Casten for autobody services to friends and family.
