The staff at Bright Horizons were great, my daughter enjoyed her class time there from age 2-3. There were some administrative issues that dropped my score by one star.The purported benefits touted by Verizon and Bright Horizons (e.g. backup care) were difficult to navigate and were not as convenient as the promotional materials indicated. Nonetheless, I would recommend this location to anyone.

This is a wonderful daycare center that both my kids have been enrolled at. All the teachers are wonderful and knowledgeable. Denise and Danielle run the center is such a caring way. Highly recommend this center.

Thankful for this daycare. We had a super hard time at another daycare due to lack of knowledge in early learning and their discipline style. I feel well supported and love the variety of activities for the kids. My son is thriving here.

We had our older child go to Bright Horizon at Kemper lakes and did not had a second thought when it was time for our little one to go to daycare where to send him. The center is so spacious, clean and well taken care off. The teachers are very caring, disciplined and child centered. If not directly but I have some how always felt that my both child got personal attention from teachers in this center. And last not least the center director has been so understanding and accomodating that we have always liked it.

Excellence at every level. Our son has attended numerous day cares/ preschools within the are and none can compare. The curriculum is advanced and at sometimes a bit challenging . However, our son would not have developed his social and learning skills without the support of the excellent team! (Thank you Miss Amanda. Miss Danielle, Miss Christine, Miss Lynda, Miss Toni and everyone else who demonstrate excellence!)

I have worked for BH for over 20 years. Not only have I experienced the company from an employee's point of view, but also as a parent. My son has been attending this location for 1 1/2 years and he LOVES it! ! Fabulous center, amazing teachers and a top notch program!

Our family has had he best experience with BH at Kemper Lakes. We highly recommend this center to anyone in need of full time or part time daycare.
