When I saw the bad comments about the agency I got a little nervous. However, yesterday I went to the agency and I was surprised because I was treated very well. Sonia was the one who helped me, she clarified all my doubts and she was very patient with me as I am still learning English. However, I just want to thank her for her professionalism.

Worst customer service. The staff at this location is very rude, and there was no one at the teller desk. Had to wait for 10 minutes, and later was very rude when asked for the check to be deposited. Never again at this location.

The service is hit or miss here. Half the time they'll tell you that you should have used the ATM outside.

Worst customer service. Not only Under staff but not qualified staff. We have been platinum status with Bank of America for 30 years + and we could not get simple service in person such as Canadian dollars converted because teller didn’t know how to. This happened twice in same location. Definitely considering to transfer our funds to other local bank.

Surprise! Another location bites the dust! Website says they're open but upon arrival another " Temporarily Closed" sign. Seems like a lot of customers surprised too as I'm writing this. I don't bank here, I only have a credit card which I like to pay the balance in person.But the next sentence should be: Why would you bank here?

The BOA branches that closed over a year ago for "covid" were never re-opened. Remaining branches are opened just six hours a day making it very very difficult for business owners. There is a coin shortage in America but BOA still has no coin counting machines in its branches. In short, BOA is focused 100% on profits and 0% on customer service.

Horrible waiting time, just 1 teller during busy lunch hour. Took me 30 mins just to get cash withdrawal. Avoid going during lunch time.

So they approved me for an account online because there are no branches in my home town only to close it without notifying me AFTER I had my direct deposit set up for my payroll.. no email.. no call.. not a letter not even a pigeon note.. and when you call do you think the person who couldn’t even understand English cared.. not at all.. he simply said the system online could not verify who you are and to prevent identity theft we closed it.. soooooo you don’t want to verify who I am then and he very calmly said I can’t over the phone.. sooooo can I fax you my information.. no you can’t but you can travel out of town to a location and take two forms of id.. thank god Theu did close the account because this was the perfect start to a shitttttyyyy relationship

Bank of America is always helpful. Their staff is always professional, thorough, covid safe, and friendly. I love how quick they are and how they pay close attention to detail and security to your account and bank securities. If you ever have concerns on your account, they never hesitate to help you also. The time it takes to get in and out is always fast too and if it's ever busy, they always have a helper walk thru any line that may form to help out the customers to prepare for when they get to the window.
