We have used this group for many years. We've gotten good service with them. Just today, Saturday, I had a problem and was able to walk up to the counter and see a doc because it was quiet. The doctors and staff are all caring and competent.

I have been going here for about 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I looked the phone number up and saw the bad reviews and thought I should add my 2 cents. I see my doctor when I need to, and the PA when it is appropriate. The PA's have been super helpful, but I really enjoy talking to my doctor who looks at me and talks about things versus looking at his computer the entire time. The best thing I can say is that my doctor and the PA's make me very comfortable when I have to visit.

I have been going here for about 10 years. I have seen various doctors at this facility and always been very happy with my care. I am a very complex case and my appointments are almost always 15-30 minutes and involve multiple issues, meds, other specials, test, results, etc. I was referred to Dr. Drumm by my electro-physiologist because I wanted all my doctors to be able to communicate and have access to tests. The office staff has always been very helpful and willing to go the extra step for you. They are the BEST!

Had a terrible experience here. A few staff members are kind, but the doctor I saw and the two administrators I spoke to afterwards do not honor the Advocate patient bill of rights. The administrative staff attempted to give medical advice over the phone about my body size and were very invalidating about my experience. They insisted that I would not be able to find better care anywhere else. They said they had no idea what to do if someone requested a referral to another doctor that was out of their expertise. The bottom line is that this office is not safe for you if you suffer from an eating disorder or require care that requires flexibility.

Please stay away from this practice. The practice is mostly made up of Physicians Assistants and you will rarely see a Doctor! I was out of work for over 6 weeks and in agonizing pain due to the multiple misdiagnosis including sending me to a surgeon to have major surgery. Needless to say I never needed the surgery. A lay person would have had more common sense then the treatment plan they laid out for me. I had to keep going back because I was on an HMO plan and they were handling my disability claim at the time. I am so glad I followed my instincts and insisted they send me to a specialist, who finally diagnosed my condition, which by the way was all due to the medication the PA prescribed. I highly considered filling a law suit. In my opinion their was malpractice and a lack of training which resulted in unnecessary pain and suffering which could have been avoided. This experience left me scared and financially vulnerable. I hope to find a practice I can trust again.

The dr used to give my bf aderall when he probably shouldn't of even been prescribed it. dr handed it out to him like it's candy so bad. Always ask if he needs any whenever my boyfriend is there when he doesn't even need it and hasn't took it in over 2 years It's pathetic , a good way to get people addicted to stupid s*** they don't even need. I would give zero stars if I could.

Horrible staff! I basically had to twist the receptionists arm to give me an appointment for a vaccine because she questioned me for 10 minutes on why my OB was sending me there to get it rather than my OB doing it himself. Personally I felt it was none of her business as she isn't a Doctor. I asked her what her problem was and she clearly wasn't happy about it because she told me to "bring my insurance card , not a copy and not off your phone your actual card" which I always bring and they never ask to see it unless I've made changes to my policy. When I finally got the appointment I showed up and the receptionist again questioned me about it, then the nurse and then the Doctor who said "I've been doing this for 3 years and never had an OB send a patient here for a vaccine" didn't realize 3 years made someone an expert. They had the vaccine and they were going to give it to me but I got so tired of being asked the same thing over and over that I just walked out. Then I called to get a refill for a prescription that I have to take daily for the rest of my life and the nurse Rose told me that I needed to have regular check ups to get my refill rather then as she said "use there office as an immediate care center", apparently they don't want you going there when your actually sick, just to get check ups, I guess someone actually being sick is too much of a Challenge for them. I'm in customer service and I know that there are people out there that will find anything to complain about so it takes a lot for me to give someone a bad review, but this place is awful, they need to get rid of everyone and start over.
