They treat outside vendors like slaves. Woman photo buyer was not qualified to do her job. Take forever to pay, then complain about the already agreed upon price. Then once they pay, they show your pricing to other photographers and have them beat the price. And they get rid of you. Stay away.

This review is solely based on my present and previous experiences with the ACCO Brand: Wilson Jones.I was looking for a long lasting and resilient 3-ring hard case binders to store all the electrical and mechanical schematics for my MotorCoach. I didn't need to look far - Wilson Jones has always be synonymous with quality, they still make products that last, these mechanical metal hinged binders are like nothing you'll find in the big discount box stores. I purchased the one inch by 11" x 17" binders and I paid about fifty bucks a piece, yes that's a pretty penny for a 3-ring binder especially when there are many plastic and vinyl options available for a faction of the cost.Let me start by saying there are many levels of document storage available especially when you consider electronic data storage, my choice was based on troubleshooting electrical circuitry and complex mechanical systems that requires a hard copy that can be readily available in a large format that only paper provides (of course I have a electronic back-up in the event I need to reprint).The quality of these professional binders are heirloom quality providing next level record retention. In most cases this may not be what's required I'm just glad the]is option exist...

First I received two pending charges, and no product. After two weeks of waiting for my product I reached out to ACCO Brands asking where my product was, upon which they mentioned that it was on back order. Um, let me assure you I would not have ordered something at the beginning of December as a b a c k o r d e r when I was in need of it mid-December. So after I reached out via email, I had two additional charges on my bank statement (so 4 in total). No thank you ACCO, you are either an unethical company, don't properly display the truth on your website or simply lack professionalism. Disappointed.
