Have used their services for about 8 years and have always received outstanding customer service. They have done work suits, jackets, my family’s Taekwondo uniforms, coats, my vintage wool coats, and leather pieces. Their prices and turnaround time are very reasonable.

I asked them to alter a bridesmaids dress for me by a certain day because I had to go out of time. They said they could do it. When I called the day I was supposed to pick it up, they did not even start the alteration. I had to pick up the dress without any alterations and my dress was too long for the wedding I was in. I will not be returning.

Courteous employees. Had them change the zipper on my coat and dry clean it. Prices were slightly lower than a dry cleaner and alterations place in Gurnee.

Totally unhappy with this cleaner. I left three pieces with them. One was to be dry cleaned and two pieces required alterations. I was given a price of $72.00 and asked to return on May 1st. When that time came to pick it up I was told to return in a week. I told the owner I would be going out of town and needed to pick up the items before leaving. I was then told to pick up the items on May 4th. She gave me the dry cleaned dress after I insisted due to her wanting me to pick all pieces at once. When the 4th came the items were not ready. We gave them more time. I returned the next day and I was shocked. The price had gone from $72.00 to $132.00 because according to the owner I was given the wrong price. I explained this was poor customer service especially after given one price and returning three times to pick up the items. Finally, she gave the price of $115.00. Still not happy, I paid. When I spoke to my husband, he revealed she had given him the same song and dance charging him almost double on one of his cleaning orders as well. Never again, as another reviewer put it. I would give the business a "0" if it was on the scale.

They’ve always taken good care of me. I generally take very high quality items elsewhere just in case, but all shirts and pants they have been great for 7+ years. They are nice, helpful, courteous, and on time.

Gave them a $500 silk bedspread to gently dry clean. They completely ruined the spread and made excuses for their extremely poor work it was so bad we left it there because it was unusable, they were not even bothered that they ruined my item. NEVER leave anything of value there! I have to give one star because Zero stars is not offered. Big deal I got my $23,00 back and a spread that could never be used again!!!
