The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.”

Only issue I had one of the pieces malfunctioned but I'll figure it out soon on my own since I do not like to undo the whole desk. I hate building things but it came out nice. “It's one of those it's an office max they have an abundance of office supplies. The shelves were stocked and the store was clean. The employees were nice though. I went mid morning to get some printing done. They have self print capabilities but for bigger projects I use the employee at the print desk. He was very helpful and made sure the job was done correctly for me before he charged. I was able to look things over to make sure I had everything. I needed copies made and a pdf. Having an employee to do that job made my time in the store a breeze so I wasn't standing in the self print area trying to figure it out on my own. If I need printing done this is my go to.”

“I can't thank you folks over at the Gurnee store enough! I would especially like to thank Brittney for such wonderful customer service. I have been working on a special printing/laminating project for a couple weeks and they were wonderful helping me out the first time around. However, I needed to go back for an additional page I had added to the project. I live about 30 minutes away, and I didn't want to make the drive, so I figured I would go to UPS that's down the street from me, big mistake!!! They weren't able to help me out, they were short handed and just a really bad experience all around. I then went back to FedEx and Brittney greeted me right away when I walked in, just like they had greeted me the first time I went. She then proceeded to ask me what I needed and to show me how I could do it myself. But when she realized I was not going to be able to do it on my own, she went and did it for me. Something that UPS, just let me struggle and didn't help me out!!! Additionally, I saw that as I was driving away Brittney was going on her lunch break, so I think she postponed her break a little in order to help me out!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Brittney!!!”
