I had a great first experience at LG Automotive in Lake Villa, IL. They got my car in quickly and had the repairs done the same day. Ken was very easy to work with, communicated everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. I'll definitely be using them for future repairs.

You can trust this auto shop. The knowledge and professionalism that comes from the staff is second to none. I've had two jobs done here now and both were completed with excellent communication, efficiency and speed. Compared to other shops the prices are clear cut and reasonably affordable. Ken has superb customer service and is a delight to discuss things with on the phone. I will continue to use this shop as long as I'm in the area.

I love that they do an inspection with the oil change, it was very affordable that way. I don't see how I could've gotten a better price on it. Everyone was nice and the drop off was really convenient! I'll definitely bring my cars here again.

My older sister recommended LG automotive since they take great care of her and her husband’s cars, and they took great care of mine! Ken is very kind and trustworthy, and their drop off/late pick up service is very convenient. I will certainly be coming back for further repairs and maintenance!

This place is amazing. My car's dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I don't know a ton about cars but I knew that it could potentially cost me alot of money to fix the issue. Called LG automotive and Ken was absolutely great! He got my car looked at immediately and within a couple hours my car was diagnosed, fixed , and ready to be picked up in he morning. It's really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I trust these guys and I would definitely recommend them.

This is a wonderful shop! The staff is friendly and they do quality work. I brought my jeep in there to get an oil leak fixed. They clearly explained what needed to be done and did the repairs quickly. I’m really happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend this place!

They performed a repair on my leaking previously replaced Tire TPMS Valve VERY Quickly, and at NO-CHARGE! As always Srvc Mgr Ken Maybrun IS The Best!!! ???

I was 10 mins out on my 1 hour commute to work on a Friday evening, and my car starting bumping, and my check engine light came on. OMG I had a 3 night work weekend at the hospital ahead of me and this comes up now! What am I going to do??? It was 5:03 pm. On the chance that Ken might still be there at LG Auto, I called, and he answered. I explained my dilemma, and he went above the call of duty and helped me out. He waited 10 mins for me to slowly bump my way to the shop. He gave me a loaner car (free) to use until my car got evaluated and fixed on Monday. My repair bill was $316 and I was on my way, problem free. LG auto is absolutely the best place I've ever taken my car. The service is personalized and exceptional.

I would give them 6 stars if able. They are wonderful. He did my oil change. Ken had always gone the extra mile. He has always taken care of our cars. Ken helped my daughter when she was in a real bind even though he was swamped.
