“Ive been banking here for many years. Their personal banking services, and their customer services are absolutely great. Their tellers are always friendly and their personal bankers (especially Catherine and Denise) are super helpful. Their online bill pay works well for both business and consumer banking and allows transfers, etc. They always have good coffee and snacks/treats for the kids and in general it is a pleasure to stop by the bank. I've never tried to borrow money from Wintrust.”

“My Debit Card had been hacked by a very bad person (vbp) and the SBOTL Fraud Security Group put a Hold on my account. So I stopped by the Center Street Office on my way to the Vet with my Puppy, and Allison, one of the Many Wonderful Women who works there, took care of Everything, and on the way back from the Vet, I picked up my new Card and EVERYTHING on my Account was Safe, Secure and, as Usual with SBOTL, taken care of Extremely Professionally!”

“I have been with this bank since I moved to the area in the early 90's. Love this bank. The people are so nice. I have numerous accounts with them. The only downfall I see with them was when we were looking to get a mortgage with them. The person did not seem very interested in my business. That is the only reason I didn't give them the full 5 stars. I am happy they are in my home town and they have numerous locations to get all my banking done.”
