“I only had a small amount of work done by them, small things I could've done myself I guess, but on the other hand, no one could've done it like they did, as quickly as they did, as inexpensively as they did.
I look a little different and don't quite fit in easily in this area, yet when I was on the premises I felt cared about and treated as an equal. This is really important to me and contributes greatly to which establishments I frequent.
I also appreciated their expertise, their willingness to help and give me advice, some of which wouldn't have benefited their business monetarily.
I feel taken care of, and I'll be back soon to get some work done that they helped me diagnose.

“Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”
