The doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful. Despite having a bully breed, they loved every ounce of my boy. They were all very knowledgeable and I was given tips I can do at home to help with my pet's allergies, rather than being pushed to medication right off the bat. I appreciate you all!

Dr. Unger and his team are the best. Even in the hardest moments of owning a dog...they helped us through it in a very loving way. I would highly recommend them. I am very grateful that I found this office.

The doctor was very informative and seemed like he cared for my pet. He helped me with a feeding plan my previous vet did not offer or suggest. The helper was friendly and very helpful.

My experience with the staff at Lake Villa Animal Hospital was awesome. I was very worried about my little one having surgery but Matt and Destiny were my angels. Matt ensured I understood all that was about to happen before and after surgery. He gave me the run down of the do's and don't. Destiny kelped me posted while my baby was in surgery that helped keep me from worrying to much and she came to great me when I came to pick Benji up after surgery. Overall the entire Stiff was a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the entire staff of Lake Villa Animal Hospital ?

This staff is amazing, every interaction has been great for the humans and animals. I really appreciate the appointment process, waiting on our cars until they're ready for us. It's nice to have a separate area for dogs than other smaller animals. Both doctors and nurses take their time to examine our pets. They provide plenty of time to ask any questions we have.

I understand being busy and running late on your schedule, but when you keep a patient cooped up in a claustrophobic room for almost 40 minutes without even the simple courtesy of asking if they need anything or letting them know that the doctor is running late…. Extremely inconsiderate staff and really poor customer service.

I felt like the vet and the staff took the time to get to know the dog and the history. Felt like a patient and not a revenue number.
