Pharmacy guy Adam is where it's at!! He listened, he was patient,he was understanding and made sure I walked out smiling.God bless Adam for his awesome customer service skills. I could just hug him. It was a week of torture trying to get my meds filled but he handled my situation with such ease and professionalism. We need more Adam's in the world! Give this man a raise or train more to be like him please.Thanks again Adam !!!

This location specifically since covid has been terribly slow at contacting my doctor to authorize refills. Just recently I was speaking with the pharmacist and as I was in the middle of asking a question she hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

I have found the pharmacy staff at this location to be very helpful and kind. I actually drive farther out of my way to get my prescriptions filled here because of their speed and customer service. Thank you to the pharmacy staff here for being amazing!

In 53 years I have never seen a worse staffed pharmacy and incompetent pharmacist. Alex is merely a pill counter and nothing more. A real RANCID human being. Lies on the phone, unable to answer the simplest questions. If I were the school that Alex went to, I would pull his degree, this guy has no business being a pharmacist. What a horrible human being.

Walgreens is a complete ripoff……this company should be ashamed of themselves.For a 3 month supply $100? With insurance! I switched to amazon pharmacy and it now cost me $7 for a three month supply delivered to my door. Please check Amazon pharmacy everyone.. so easy to transfer your prescription, it took less than an hour and I was able to order my medication right away. Shout out to Jeff bezos …… goodbye Walgreens!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Absolutely horrible. Lost my prescription three times and they continued to tell me it was my doctor's fault, that the doctor incorrectly submitted it, etc etc... I can see every request in my chart and can see they are lying, have confirmations of medication requests received, absolutely nothing. Just "we have nothing in our system to indicate this" even though the pharmacist on the phone confirmed at the time, and was also listed by my health care provider as confirmed at the same time in their records. I read the confirmation on my phone on Walgreens side but they deleted it, poof. Gone.They turned me away TWICE saying they didn't have my medication when the next day the pharmacist said it was here the whole time with your name and Rx number filled 5 days ago...unfortunately we have no open prescription for you! Now I'm in pain, taking off work because they cannot fill a damn prescription, which clearly they got somehow with my name on it, but I cannot access it.

A few times we have had a problem with our child's prescription. Instead of the Walgreens Pharmacy calling us and letting us know the prescription did not go through they simply just waited until we showed up the next day. Since we could not get the medication our child was required to go into the hospital when all Walgreens needed to do was make a simple phone call to let us know. There is no care here and I see why the pharmacy has such horrible reviews. Does management not look at these I mean something needs to be done immediately at this location

I do not recommend. drug dispensing problem. having trouble contacting the doctor. We have plenty of other places to get medicine in the area. e.g. walmart excellent service and great contact with the employee and the customer

YOUDERA or Yiudhera i am not sure how to spell her name but she is the most disrespectful person ever and should be fired immediately she works in the pharmacy after being on hold for 30 minutes she cursed me out and said call another pharmacy and get your medicine sent there

This location is a smaller store so there's not that much to choose from.Older store probably needs a little bit updating. The service is good the people there are very nice and very. For this location I do believe they need a rebuild a Walgreens and make bigger because of the location a lot of foot traffic

Abhorrent staffing delegation and annoying, heavy "screen monitor" doors that are never truly accurate to where I still need to open the door and see what was "out of stock" is still on stock. This has gone from months to years of being issues. Maybe someday this location will do more for people and staff than solely serve big pharma. Same applies to the call queue that never ends.Don't get me started on how slow the drive-thru is.

I call every time to make sure they have my son's medicine in stock and I always get an answer. Elizabeth is the ONLY person who declined to answer me. Why now do I not get an answer?

Not sure why this one is rated so poorly. I switched to this one from the awful crystal lake location. My prescriptions have been filled within a few hours the last 3 times and even when there's a long line they're pretty good at getting you through quickly. I also love that they actually answer the phones fairly quick unlike crystal lake where I have sat on hold 20+mins and pulled up (while still on hold) to find no one in line. So far so good and hoping it stays that way.

UPDATE:: Just called to today and got a female getting defensive right away after her to double check on meds that they may have. EVERY TIME they said they were out 3 times before, I got a nice young man telling me would double check and they HAD some so he gave me what they had. This mad lady, maybe she can't handle customer service but she shouldn't be working the phones, got all mad when I told her 3 times before a guy checked and they had it. Told me I shouldn't fight her about them having the meds. HUH. I said 1 thing yet she gets all bent out of shape. Sad sad place Drive thru is slow as heck. There's no one looking at the cameras to let us know they will be right with us. It's like they don't pay attention to anything other than what they are doing. Even inside, no one looks around to make sure customers are taken care of. 133 reviews and most are bad is terrible. Change the gm, managers, etc to better that store.
