“I've been taking my MBZ to Xavier for 7 or 8 years. Always competent, prompt, reasonably priced service. Gave us good advice on keeping vs. selling our Lexus many years ago. Last week my E350 was leaking brake fluid. At first he told me it would probably go into next week but when I reminded him that I really needed the car for vacation starting the weekend, he stayed until 9 PM Thursday night to get the job done.Started going there when I lived in Dundee. “I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka “ Little White Tiger” ??My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick’s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ?) funny guy by the way ….which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk …. He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price …. For good service, it’s worth the drive …. I brought him my 911 turbo and needed ALOT fixed, the engine had to come out along with a dozen other items. “I was referred here back in September by an auto center that didn't work on transmissions. They told me to ask for Jason and that he was very reasonable and that everyone they referred to him seemed very happy with his work. My truck (2015 Ford F-150 Lariat w/ 50k miles) had been making awful noises for a few weeks. I thought it was the brakes. I had brought it to another mechanic prior to the auto center, but their quote seemed awfully high. That mechanic suggested I needed a complete rebuild. I was heartbroken, because I had only bought my truck a few months ago, and I recently found myself in financial trouble. I told Jason about the first mechanic and about how I just bought my truck. He explained to me the possible scenarios and went to work. He also offered to drive me home after I dropped my truck off. I found a ride, but the offer meant a lot to me. He called me maybe two days later and told me that he was finished with the work. At first, I was taken back. "What do you mean? What'd you end up fixing? How much is it?" But then he told me the good news- my truck needed a lot less work than I/him thought, and it ended up costing a lot less than I had planned. I just started crying. I was so unbelievably happy. Jason let me pay over the phone so that I could pick up the truck after-hours. I got a ride from a family member. I meant to write this review a few months ago, but life happened. I didn't forget, though! Jason, you're a good person. You spoke to me like a human being, and that means a lot- especially as a woman; you were kind, understanding, and reasonable, and my truck sounds absolutely great. I'm so happy with my experience, and I'll be sending anyone and everyone I know to you. ?”

“I was so much sad about what happened to my Acura MDX. I made an assumption that the transmission is dead and gone. So I requested for a towing service to get it dropped to Carmax. However, the towing service asked me what happened to my suv. His name is John. He said, I don't think it's a transmission issue. He introduced Rob to me and told me that he's a very good person. So we went to Rob's Automotive instead of CARMAX, LOL. After a day, I got a call from Rob and he told me that the axle is broken and it's cut in half. The next day, I got my car!
