Very happy with the work this shop did on my 2005 VW Beetle. They were able to troubleshoot the issue perfectly and didn’t waste my money or time. An actual shop that cares about their customers. I’ll be back for any future transmission needs with any vehicle. Thank you Jeff and Steve!

They went above and beyond and fixed an exhaust leak I had as well as a complete transmission overhaul. Fair pricing compared to others around town. Excellent customer service!! Great experience over all.

Had my truck for around a total of 4 weeks with in the first 6 months, brought it back 2 times and still doesn't run right. He even told me he couldn't get it to zero out and now it just went over the warranty in less the 2 years and needs to be rebuilt again. Run away from this place as fast as you can! from this place!

Steve and Jeff are the best!! Took our vehicle in thinking it needed transmission and they checked everything and it was only a sensor inside the transmission. Great customer service and great price. Very quick turn around as well. Highly recommend!

We were referred to TE by our car guy who does not do transmissions. Spoke to Steve on the phone and the way they do it is for you to bring your car in, and they spend some time examining it. They were super nice and efficient. A couple days later, Steve called with our bad news. The car could not be fixed and should not be driven much as it was dangerous. We consider Steve and the guys our Knights in shining armor for finding this dangerous problem. The whole frame was rusted out. Although they couldn't fix our car, they were compassionate about our problem and took time to see if there was anything that could be done. We appreciate everything they did, and would go to them again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!

October 25/ 2023 .I just want to thanks this professional responsible and honest shop I truly recommend it , I took my suv to be checkout thinking that I had a transmission problem, the guys found out the problem wasn’t the transmission ,it was a clutchfan issue even though It wasn’t a transmission problem they got it fix fast with a reasonable price I’m very thankful for the great customer service. I can’t say enough great things about this place. My vehicle broke down while on a road trip in Michigan and the place I was towed to gave me a $7k estimate to replace the transmission. I was told by my neighbor to call Trans Express so I did just that and so happy I did. From the start they were easy to deal with a very responsive, plus their price was $800 lower than any other place I reached out to. Once my vehicle was freighted back to Trans Express, the owner Steve, personally walked around it to make sure there was no damage during the long haul as I was unable to be there during delivery. They go way above and beyond and it’s refreshing to get that type of service these days. And best of all, everyone who works there was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle needs. Well done Steve and crew! Thank you for making this unfortunate experience the best it could be.

Worst transmission place ever I would never recommend anybody to this place. They’re all liars and waste of my time. I was told numerous of times that my a transmission was getting worked on and needed parts gave me a price$400. My transmission was still sitting on the floor where I left it five months ago never been touched.Service: Transmission
