This location is exceptional. I own a small construction business and have been in many SW locations. I always have a great experience with the exceptional crew members. Julio, the manager, is so friendly, knowledge and go beyond and above with any request I have, big or small. He matches the stucco color samples perfectly, on the first few trials and I never have felt like I overuse his help. Also, he trained the other workers so well. Alexa, Tyler and Dakota are very helpful, cheerful and ready to help me with anything. You don't get to meet such as wonderful crew anymore in retail industry. They should be highly appreciated and recognized by the management and other customers. Great job, guys! I truly value your commitment and excellent customer service. Thank you Julio, Alexa, Tyler and Dakota !

These guys were awesome. I've painted most of my house using their products from this location. One of the rooms I had used multiple but very similar 1qt paint samples. When it came time to purchase the 1 gallon paint that I wanted, I made a huge mistake, accidentally mixed up the wrong 1qt sample, thus purchasing the wrong 1 gallon paint. When I finally realized I made a mistake, I went back to expecting to purchase another 1 gallon can but in correct paint. This location had a awesome team and they were actually able to salvage the paint and mix the right paints to get the desired color we wanted! They didn't charge and were very helpful. Now that's customer service. I would recommend to anyone. Pictured attach is the 1qt I had the 1 gallon made in by accident. The sample card was the attempts they had made to get the desired paint I wanted (top one was the final product, 3rd times a charm, they nailed it!). Thanks again guys!

All the paint we have gotten here is good but mostly I'm here to review the employees. We have been to this location twice and both times the employees were so kind. I always have 2 toddlers with me and they never seem put out by our chaos and always offer to help load the car!

This store is supposed to be open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:57 just to pick up a gallon of paint that I had already ordered and their doors were locked! Why does your sign say you close at 6 if you’re going to lock your doors earlier than that? It’s terrible customer service to be so eager to go home that you can’t wait a few more mins to service your customers!

You walk in, no one greets you and when I approach the counter I have to ask for assistance, no acknowledgement and still no hello or offer of help. I ask for assistance and I'm offered a Zoom session with a color expert. Ace here I come!

Worst customer service and watch the shelf prices they do a lot of switch and bait. Painter's tape was supposed to be on special and when it rang up for original price guy was like I put tag in wrong spot. Really

We coming to the store, nobody greets us, nobody asks us if we need help. We're trying to find paint And there's only 20 or 30 swatches that we see. I have to call for assistance several times, because the girl was hiding in the back. When I asked where all the swatches were, she said that's all they had. No assistance to find the right color for us, no questions about what we wanted to paint, absolutely no assistance at all. Wasted trip. I'd rather go to home Depot next door where people are willing to help and purchase Benjamin Moore or Behr.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Defender paint is great! I went from a gold to light gray and it covered well and the best part is that it only needed 1 coat! That's awesomeness to me!
