The fastest,friendliest service. Dropped off two boxes to be mailed to Poland. Took less than 5 min and the staff took it out of my car. Good place to send $ to Poland too.

If I could I'll leave them -100 for the service and customer service. My package was sent via air and has been rerouted so many times; It's been 2 weeks, and it's not yet been delivered. The worst matter is that the customer service is terrible! I have never dealt with such an incompetent, beyond-rude guy, who instead of listening and being apologetic started screaming at me and putting blame on the overseas company. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever nor I will be using them again. Terrible service, unbelievably rude and incompetent staff! Even the management is relentless! Stay away!

I planned to ship the package on November 12 (Sunday) from Southern California. I chose the courier option to pick up the parcel from my place of residence on Monday between 12-6 p.m. On Monday, the day I picked up the package, I received a call from FedEx in the morning to confirm receipt. At the end of the conversation, I asked if the parcel would be picked up today. The lady told me yes, but it didn't happen. I tried to call FedEx, it was after 6 p.m. so they were closed. Also the company Plus express ..In the morning I called Plus express, but no one was able to tell me why the parcel had not been collected. The gentleman replied that he had seen the confirmation about the courier, but he did not know why he did not arrive. I asked the gentleman from Plus express whether if I send it personally to FedEx, would it be possible for me to bring the courier to the place from where the parcel is to be sent, in my case to Germany. They assured me that they did... It didn't happen. The parcel was waiting for the next course, i.e. until next Friday.. Today it is December 7 and the parcel is currently in Poland in Warsaw for 2 days. I don't know anything when it will arrive.. I just paid almost $250 for the parcel. It was supposed to be delivered almost two weeks earlier.. Even no one will inform you about the delay. You have to find out everything yourself. I hope this parcel will arrive this month.. ?
