I came by to get spark plugs for my boat. The two guys who were working here not only assisted me with that, but went above and beyond to dig through a giant catalog to also assist in locating other outboard parts that I was inquiring about. Friendly staff and excellent service. A+.

I came here with an issue that no parts store around could resolve and the sales associate Karter went above and beyond in assisting me with the solution. Not only did he point me in a direction that would resolve the issue but he also made a point to making me feel valued as a customer. He always has a good smile on his face and very welcoming anytime I come in. By this type of service I'll only be shopping at this location.

Poor customer service. The store manager is extremely difficult to work with and seems to dislike her position. To all that are reading this post my suggestion is to switch to the crystal lake oriellys location.
