Really negative experience. They were 15 minutes late seeing me and then rushed me out after only 15 minutes to get to the next client. Everything seemed rushed, unprofessional and unethical. It feels like a chop shop; getting as many people in as quickly as possible to make as much money as possible, without giving clients the time and attention they deserve. If you want a thorough job on filing your taxes, I would look elsewhere.

She discovered an item that needed amending from a previous year for us and also offered to do a 3rd quarter financial review for us which helped us adjust our federal withholding.
