The staff are charming, efficient, professional, and very accommodating the past 21 years. Once they even opened early to let me pick up a tailoring job. Another time they tailored a new tuxedo the same day for a formal event I was attending. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Asked to hemm 2 new pair of pants. I stated hemm and no cut.Used Google translator to state exact needs. Lady briefly looked and nodded and stated I understand.Picked up two pair of pants that were cut and hemmed.I looked in disbelief as she said no worries you bring back we will fix when you need it and she gives me the cut off pieces.The idea was to lengthen the pants as my son grew taller. She said the waist won't fit. I showed her that the waist was pulled in with elastic and buttons. She shrugged her shoulders.Left aggravated.

I got my wedding dress cleaned here right before my wedding reception last weekend. Was told to pick it up by a certain date 2.5 weeks later, I go there and get told oh it's not ready yet. Come back on 4 days RIGHT before I absolutely needed it. I opened it the day of and there were visible stains everywhere that I was able to get out with a tide pen but they completely melted the bottom of my dress with whatever they did to clean it and the complete bottom was ruined and there was and is no way to fix it. Very disappointed and upset as there was no way they didn't notice that melted the bottom 3 inches and I had to wear it like that.Service: Wedding gown cleaning

Mega Cleaners were life savers ! My daughter’s bridesmaids dress didn’t fit and the wedding was the next day. I was in a panic. They did not hesitate at all to work their magic on her dress to let it out enough to fit her. It was a ton of work because there wasn’t much there as far as extra material. Not only did they make it happen they did it in one day and it was just perfect!! The alteration were barely noticeable Seamless!! The lady there is very nice she gave me discount on my rug dry cleaning service, got back my rug clean & fresh after a week, no damage no color faded I’m extremely satisfied with the service and price ?

I have been using this cleaner for years. About a month ago I dropped off some pants to be cleaned. They returned to me someone else's pants and gave mine to someone else. I said I would give them 1 month to find my pants or they need to buy me new ones. They did not find mine and REFUSED to buy me new ones, even though they lost them. The owners are VERY RUDE and cannot accept that they screwed up and would not make it right! Stay away from this cleaners!!

Words can't describe the beautiful work Mega cleaners did on my daughter's wedding dress. I have been going to this cleaners for years. Did not know they did alterations for wedding dress. The kindness and professionalism was unreal. I give Mega cleaner a million stars and highly recommend them. I will put the word out.thank you again for your hard work. And it was very very reasonable cost. The ladies were so kind .

Fantastic! I chose this place based on its proximity to my house, but i am so happy I did. They always do a great job and everyone there is always so welcoming. The prices are fair, and I always bring the hangers back for them to re-use. 5 stars!
