Ordered 5 windows with installation in October 9K. It is mid-July and job is not complete. Installation team threw away a handle, still not installed. The caulking was supposed to be sanded and corrected, still not done. Installation team littered my lawn with cigarette butt's. I gave them a coffee can to put in to no avail.
So frustrating as NO ONE at Lowe's will work to get this done yet THEY contract with installation team. There is no one who will fix this.
Lowe's does not care about the customer. I have been at store now SEVEN times.
DO NOT USE LOWE'S OR INSTALLATION TEAM! But they make sure you pay the bill..
Might be time for small claims court.

I went to Home Depot to get some information on a sander. I received no help after waiting for someone in isle 13/14. That’s when I decided to go to Lowe’s. Tim helped me right away and answered all my questions! He took his time and gave me valuable knowledge. As a 29 year old female who just purchased a home.. THANK YOU TIM!

I recently needed to return an online order. The employee at the Lake in the Hills store, Anita was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was alone and handling several customers and one phone call. She maintained her composure and never lost her helpful attitude. We needed to request a manager and the manager of the store came quickly. He was also wonderful and helpful and I left the store with my problem solved. Lowe’s you are amazing and obviously place a great deal of emphasis on customer service!
